What to do before your battery is low or has expired:
• Frequent recharging is recommended to prevent power loss in your cell phone/blackberry.
• If expired, bring battery and cell phone/blackberry to the Telecommunications office for maintenance.
What to do when your cell phone/blackberry is broken or
malfunctioning:
• Bring your cell phone/blackberry to the Telecommunications office to have it repaired and/or replaced.
What to do if your cell phone/blackberry is lost or
stolen:1. Report the loss or theft immediately to
Hospital Police.
2. Report the loss or theft immediately to Telecommunications Office.
Hours and/or days of Telecommunications:
• Telecommunications is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
• Customer Service Representatives are on site at all times.
Why you should have your cell phone/blackberry with you at all
times:• It’s imperative that all Harlem
Hospital employees carry their cell phones/blackberries in the event of a disaster, contacting staff members and/or patients. Cell phones/blackberries are a primary means of communication for HHC employees.
Why I should backup data from my blackberry:
• In the event your blackberry malfunctions, you should bring it to the Telecommunications office to backup the data.
