Proman Infrastructure Services Pvt. Ltd was established in the year 2001 wherein a group of

professionals with extensive experience in crushing, screening and heavy equipment came together.

We provide services to the Infrastructure Industry like Roads, RMC, Ports and Dams etc. We have

the know how and technology to offer turnkey Crushing & Screening solutions to the basic industries

such as Aggregates and Sand, Iron Ore, Dolomite, Limestone, Bauxite and Steel slag abrasive.

Our main focus areas are in the field of Crushing, Grinding, Screening and Mineral Processing and we

Crushing and Screening is an unique field. Apart from the crushers and the process involving it, one

has to also have control/ influence on the upstream operations like Mining, Drilling and Blasting. When

these are planned together we can achieve the lowest cost per ton of the final crushed product. The

challenge to many quarry owners is to obtain the right quality of the aggregates at the right price and

this can only be achieved by having a total control on the equipment, process, aftersales and spares.

Keeping this in mind, PROMAN was formed. We have an unique alternative approach in this field to

help the Contractors and Quarry owners.

I) PRO jaw:

We manufacture a series of single toggle jaw crushers known for their higher capacity output and

reliable performance.

III) PROMAN-REMco :

We manufacture “Vertical Shaft Impact” Crushers of M/s. REMco of USA. (M/s. Rock Engineered

Machinery Co.) M/s. REMco is a leader in reduction technology and know how. VSI crushers are

autogenous rock on rock VSI Crushers for the reduction and shaping of hard abrasive rocks and ores,

and also Rock on Anvil VSI machines for limestone and less abrasive materials.

REMco has the broadest range of VSI Crushers in the world, and their machines have been proved

not only in USA, but Europe, Middle East, South America and other countries. REMco VSI crushers

are distinctly different from VSI machines available in the market and they are a cost effective solution

in the crushing circuit to get quality aggregates.

We offer a complete range of REMco VSI Crushers from 50 HP to 1500HP (20 TPH to 1500 TPH) in

IV) PROMAN- Finedoor

We manufacture the below products in technical collaboration with UK based company M/s Finedoor

Ltd who are the leading manufacturers of grizzlies, conveyors and screens.

PROMAN Finedoor Grizzlies – These combine with our range of feeders to offer increased

flexibility and production to the processing system. A standard size range is available with

capacity up to and including 1000 tph. Custom sizes can also be designed if required.

PROMAN Finedoor Feeders – Feeders are designed to regulate the flow of material from

primary dump hoppers and is made of heavy-duty fully welded construction, with wear

resistant liners.

PROMAN Finedoor Aggregate – We can supply screens from 1.2m x 4m upto 2.3 x 7m wide

multi-deck units. Decks can be designed to accept differing surfaces including plate, woven

wire, and rubber and modular.

PROMAN Finedoor Asphalt – We can supply screens from 2.0m long x 1.0m wide single

deck to 8m long x 2.4m wide multi-deck units .

We manufacture ORTNER range of Fines removal and washing equipment in technical collaboration

with M/s AEI, USA (M/s Aggregates Equipment Inc). The ORTNER is a product designed to dewater

and remove fines, simultaneously classifying and rinsing sand and other fine material. We would like

to highlight the advantages of ORTNER washing machine as under:

1) Power required is very less.

2) Very low maintenance and operating costs.

3) Better control over sand washing operation.

4) High efficiency.

5) Can remove fines and other excess material up to 200 mesh.

6) Water requirement is very less hence reduced settling ponds and recovery costs.

VI) PROMAN-LIPPMANN :

We represent the US based M/s LIPPMANN MILWAUKEE, INC. who are the world leaders in

manufacture of legendary jaw crushers designed to handle overloads and hard material and impact

crushers for aggregate processing and C & D recycling. We would like to highlight the advantages of

LIPPMANN Jaw Crushers as under:

An extra heavily ribbed steel frame - stress relieved after welding and before machining
