OBJECTIVES:

• To study the awareness about the equity Share investmentand its importance among the people.

• To study the Impact of Equity share as an Investment policy on citizen of India.



HYPOTHESIS:

H1 : The level of awareness regarding Equity Share investment

among the Gondia people is low.

H2 : Equity Share investment leads to good & satisfactoryreturns.



RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:

Research design through Collection of primary & secondary data.

RESEARCH DESIGN:

My research design comprises of both the exploratory and descriptive design.

My research on equity share investment is limited to my town Gondi where I done Questionnaire I used secondary data from internet, books,

Journey & magazines.

3. How much do you invest in a year?

whose annual income 2-3 lakh generally want to invest 0-20 thousandRs as an investment in the market. Thus it shows that only approximate 10% of

their income they want to utilize their money in the market.Likewise, the person whose annual income is 3-5 lakh invest their

money in the market i.e. 20-50 thousand.The person whose annual income is 5-10lakh invest their money in the

market i.e. 50-1 lakh.

Apart from these, the person whose annual income is 10lakh & aboveinvest above 1lakh in the market i.e. approximately 15 to 20%.Therefore, after analyzing that every income group can invest their

money 10-12% in the market for their total income.



4. How much percentage (%) do you invest in equities?

0-2% investment in the equity share market can be made by personhaving income group of 2-3 lac annually.

While, 2% -5% investment in equity share market can be made by people having 5-10 lac income group annually

And, 5%-12% investment in equity share market can be made by people having their annual income group 10 lac & above

• Mostly the investor are invested in “ Low Risk and more again ” but the factis “ Most Risk More Gain ”

• In the share market two option available for investor for trader. One istrading through the broker and second is the online trading option with owncomputer.

• Equity-investment will play even a greater role in the saving of People .

• From the project study, I conclude that 5% people are invested in equityshare in my town. Equity-investment play a significant role in the financial

planning done by the investors.

• I observe that the only problem is the lack of knowledge/awareness aboutequities investment among the people restricted them from investment in it.

CONCLUSIONS:



• According to me, there is need of solid guideline from goodfinancial planner. About equity share investment to thecitizen of my town.

• There is need of continuous awareness through seminar,Meeting, Broad cast media like T.V. , Radio.

SUGGESTION:



• Study of investment awareness on equity shares of people in Gondia, based onQuestionnaire. And collect secondary data for India people awareness.

•

Equity Shares Investment by Financial Manager Point of View as well asInvestors.

• Focus Only Two Main Indian Stock Exchanges BSE & NSE for shares valuesof companies. Because they play important/Huge role in all Indian stockmarkets and Maximum companies stocks listed in BSE & NSE.
