OIL & GAS RELATED INDUSTRY

GOSPs, Oil Gathering Stations and Gas Plants: Design, supply, fabrication and erection of separators, manifolds, oil produc-tion trains, various pumps, fire fighting sys-tems, instrumentation, infrastructure works, piperacks, civil works, and various RC build-ings.

Pipelines: Gas, Oil, Multiproducts, 4” to 36”. - Supply and installation of new pipe-lines, in all terrains (mountainous, desert, sand dunes, built areas) varying from 4” to 36”. - Repair works to oil and gas pipe-lines up to 36” in diameter.

Hawtah StabilizerThe scope of the Nuayyim Downstream Facilities, Part A: Hawtah Stabilizer Upgrades provides for addi-tional crude degassing facilities required at Stabilizer area (PS # 3) to process Arab Super Light (ASL) crude from both the Hawtah and Nuayyim fields. This project supports the Nuayyim ASL Crude Increment 100 MBCD.

The works included substantial quantities of earthworks, civil works, large-pour concrete foundations, construction of industrial support buildings, structural steel works in excess of 1,000 tons inclusive of erec-tion of pipe racks, underground utility systems including RTR pipeline networks, plant infrastructure and civil related works supporting the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works.

The electrical works included the installation of a 36KV substation, power distribution system inclusive of high and low voltage network, plant earthing system, cathodic protection system, electrical installation to the buildings and public address and telephone system.

The instrumentation works included the installation of air system, installation of processing system in-struments, analysing, tracing and sampling systems, control building instrumentation and monitoring systems.
