All work was completed to ensure complete restoration to bring the historical building back to its original state with new sprinkler and state of the art fire monitoring system.

Amarillo Gardens Apartments, Amarillo, TX -------------------------------------- $4,272,126.24

A full scope of work was developed in conjunction with coordinating all architects and engineers to complete a full working set of plans on this existing 100 unit tax credit apartment community. The scope of work included full interior replacements of cabinets, VCT tile, all plumbing and electrical fixtures, doors & windows. All existing cast iron plumbing under the buildings was excavated by tunneling. The original mansard roofs were removed and replaced with Hardie-siding and a new parapet wall along with new roofs that were installed with a tapered drainage system. A new pool, playground, maintenance shop, mail kiosk, and fully renovated clubhouse were built as well. All work was completed in less than 6 months to comply with tax credit deadlines.
