Saving the Report

• When you’re saving the form, save the document to a local drive with the following naming convention: YYYYMMDD, Project Name, Status Report

• Locate the Status Reports section on the SharePoint project site under the TUNE IT section.

• If changes are necessary, you can edit it directly from your SharePoint document library by double clicking on it and if there are multiple users you will be asked to “check out” the document.

• When you are finished remember to save, close and check-in.
