• Got First Prize (POSTER PRESENTATION) in National Technology Day Celebration on
11th May 2016 at MVN University, Palwal.
Project Description
In today’s world Automatic systems are being preferred over manual system. With the rapid increase in
the number of users of internet over the past decade has made Internet a part and parcel of life, and IoT
is the latest and emerging internet technology. Internet of things is a growing network of everyday
object from industrial machine to consumer goods that can share information and complete tasks while
you are busy with other activities. Wireless Home Automation system(WHAS) using IoT is a system
that uses computers or mobile devices to control basic home functions and features automatically
through internet from anywhere around the world, an automated home is sometimes called a smart
home. It is meant to save the electric power and human energy. The home automation system differs
from other system by allowing the user to operate the system from anywhere around the world through
internet connection.
In this project, the students collected data from load sensor and temperature sensor and transferred the
data in real time to the user’s mobile on things speak via ESP8266. In the prototype, the students
actually monitored the weight of the gas cylinder and temperature of the surrounding and transferred
the data in real time to the user’s mobile on things speak via ESP8266.

• Got First Prize (LIVE PROJECT DEMONSTRATION) in National Technology Day
Celebration on 11th May 2016 at MVN University, Palwal.
This is a very inovotive and usefull project. It is based on Rainwater harvesting along with minimal
waste of water and on the other hand very cost effective. This project can be divided in 4 parts
1) Water Collection
Rain water from the roof has to be collected underground reserviours
2) Pumping of water using solar pump
3) Cleaning of water in four stages
4) Supply of water that particular home which has generated a demand by dialing a particular
code .

Project Description
It is amazing if we are able to control your AC appliances just with a touch of our Android smartphone.
All we need to tap on our phone and can easily switch ON/OFF our lights, fans and other home
appliances. It is preferable to use bluetooth because nowadays people have their smartphones with
them all the time, since the smartphones have bluetooth facility in them, thus it's better to use bluetooth
rather than using RF remotes or IR remotes.
Using bluetooth has many of its own advantages :
1.It's secure.
2.Easy to use.
3.It works in short distance range(i.e. upto 10mtrs.)
4.Anyone can find free bluetooth apps on android and many more.

control

Project Description
Over speeding is one of the biggest reason for accidents. They are not only dangerous for themsleves
but for other commutators too. Police may cought somebody and issue a chalan but till then it may
have created havoc. Aim of this project is to control the speed of a vehicle in a certain area without
concent of drivers ,evenif some one press its accelartor for full it can not increase the speed of vehicle.
This control is given to Police control room so its upto police control room to exempt some vehicle (in
case of emergency) or to apply speed control

Automatic Solar
Street Light
MS. Shalini
12EC1021 Sangam
12EC1010 Kavita Sharma
12EC1023 Sushant Bhardwaj
Project Description
It is the most energy effecient system for Street light. Lights turn on only in the presence of a vehicle in
that area . The energy source used for this system is Solar energy and pressure transducers so no cost
and no polution for lighting. We can save a lot of energy by this way and can be stored so that if solar
power is not available eg rainy day, that stored power can be used.
Another advantage of this system is that it is using pressure transducer so it will convert energy by the
pressure which is exerted by a passing car.

Wireless electricity
transfer Mr Vikas 12EC1004 Dharamender

Project Description
This a very revolunatory project. If we can transfer energy wireless it will have deep impact on over
daily life as this will not only reduce cost but easy shifting of electrical eqiupment is also possible.
This project is also known as vetricity . Wireless Power is commonly known by many terms, including
Inductive Power Transfer (IPT), Inductive Coupling and Resonant Power Transfer. Each these terms
essentially describe the same fundamental process – the transmission of energy from a power source to
an electrical load, without connectors, across an air gap. The basis of a wireless power system involves
essentially two coils – a transmitter and receiver coil. The transmitter coil is energized by alternating
current to generate a magnetic field, which in turn induces a current in the receiver coil.

Smart Car Parking

Project Description
Now days in many multiplex systems there is a severe problem for car parking systems. There are
many lanes for car parking, so to park a car one has to look for the all lanes. Moreover there is a lot of
men labor involved for this process for which there is lot of investment. So the need is to develop a
system which indicates directly which parking slot is vacant in any lane. The project involves a system
including infrared transmitter and receiver in every lane and a LED & LCD display outside the car
parking gate. So the person entering parking area can view the LED display and can decide which lane
to enter so as to park the car.
Conventionally, car parking systems does not have any intelligent monitoring system. Parking lots are
monitored by human beings. All vehicles enter into the parking and waste time for searching for
parking slot. Sometimes it creates blockage. Condition become worse when there are multiple parking
lanes and each lane have multiple parking slots. Use of automated system for car parking monitoring
will reduce the human efforts. Display unit is installed on entrance of parking lot which will show
LEDs for all Parking slot and for all parking lanes. Empty slot is indicated by the respective glowing
LED.

Speed checker using

Project Description
Very Simple yet very effective
While driving on highways, motorists should not exceed the maximum speed limit permitted for their
vehicle. However, accidents keep taking place due to speed violations since the drivers tend to ignore
their speedometers.
So some system is required which will inform the traffic control unit about such vehicles exceeding the
speed limit to avoid accidents on the highway. This speed checker will come handy for the highway
traffic police as it will not only provide a digital display in accordance with a vehicle’s speed but also
sound an alarm if the vehicle exceeds the permissible speed for the highway.
As soon as a fast moving vehicle exceeds the speed beyond the specified limit, an alarm is sounded and
traffic control unit will be informed about the vehicle. Thus by using this system, we can manage to
control the accidents occurring on highways and ensure drivers safety.

RFID Stolen car
identification Mr Harender Singh 12EC1002 Akshay Aswal
12EC7003 Virender Kumar
Project Description
The main purpose of this concept is to catch the stolen vehicles by a latest technology. This research work
is developing a smart logic to identify the stolen vehicle on check
post or Toll base. Still there is no technique to identify the vehicle on check posts by any mean. To employ
this technology in use, we issue one unique identification code to every vehicle. This unique number is
stored in the silicon chip and the chip is installed in the vehicle. No one can change this number because
this UID chip is installed in the engine of the vehicle. This vehicle number is not available in the market.
Now the vehicle is equipped with the UID code. This code is also stored in the Data base of check post or
Toll base. Now when any vehicle passed through the check post/Toll then at the check post/Toll RF passive
vehicle reader generates a 125 kHz frequency for
decoding RF tag( which has been installed in the vehicle). If the data base does not find the stolen UID code
then security gate gets OPEN and if the stolen UID code is matched with the data base then security gate
remains closed and alarm becomes ON automatically and finally the stolen vehicle is caught.
