2. ANTECEDENTS:

2.1. Location:

The plot on to run the play is located in the block between

street Södra Vägen, street Klyvaregatan and street Dragvägen, in the

area of SLOTTSJORDER; HALMSTAD (Sweden).

2.2 Scope and area or expertise:

It will execute the entirety of the building, being a construction

of new plant that occupies 1000 m2 of the apple approximately, with

a surface of parcel of 3540 m2.

2.3 Description of the current state:

The building, which is currently constructed, is an industrial

warehouse, which will be demolished completely.

- Services:

Once demolished the building, the plot has all the services

required as solar. It has paved roadway, drainage, street lighting,

water supply, electric power of low tension, gas and telephone,

although the urbanization will be totally finished with the execution of

the building.

- Urban environment:

The site is located in an area whose environment is

consolidated with a typology of isolated building. In particular the

building under this project is within the solar cited, consisting of a

block isolated, surrounded by garden.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING:

In a first moment, and because to the situation of the plot, and

its proximity to the river Nissan, it was proposed the construction of a

building dedicated to use third, as well as, offices, hotel,…

After a brief study of plot and due to the shortage of

accommodation in the town of Halmstad, I took the decision that it

was more appropriate to the realization of an apartment building.

The design of the building, has been mindful of the lack of

sunlight is in Sweden, therefore, has attempted to address turning

the building outward, and putting large windows, leaving the interior

in the toilets and bathrooms.

Basically the distribution program includes the following points:

- Basement for a parking area, store, located at -2.80 m. of

the reference bench mark.

- First floor, which placed the two vestibules, the two

commercial premise and two housings are located in "between

plants".

- It plants second and third with a total of 20 houses of

which 12 are duplex, which is located on the third and covered low

floor. The program of housings is diverse and it includes several

types, there are apartments with two bedrooms and apartment of

three, being those of the last plant type duplex to take advantage of

the low space covered with two to three bedrooms.

- It plants of cover, resolved with cover bowed to two

waters.

The total surface built on ground is of 4857 m2. The breakdown

of the built surface is:

- Garage: 1485 m2

- Plant 1: 843 m2

- Plant 2: 843 m2

- Plant 3: 843 m2

- Plant 4 (covered low floor): 843 m2

3.1. Programs of the apartments:

The homes are developed in an only plant, and those of the last

plant with are duplex with the top floor under sloping cover

distributed in a rational way.

HOUSING FACILITY FOR SINGLE:

In typology in single plant, all the houses have provided

ventilation and lighting through windows on the facades. All consist of

a lobby, which connects to a corridor through which enters the dining

room, kitchen with laundry, with one or two bathrooms, and two or

three bedrooms.

DÚPLEX HOUSING:

Located in it finishes it plant, the denominated spaces are

located of "day", some with a bedroom and in the superior plant,

covered first floor, denominated spaces of "night" with two or three

bedrooms.

A. REPORT:

1. DEMOLITION AND DEVIATION OF SERVICES:

It will withdraw all the cables and elements arranged in the old

building, and there will turn aside the urban canalizations of the

streets Södra Vägen, Klyvaregatan and Dragvägen. The whole

building will be demolished.

2. PREPARATION OF THE LAND:

Once removed the old building, will carry out restructuring

within the plot, in the project area, within the limits specified in the

ordinances, and adopting security measures required in the rules of

safety and health at work, there will be begun the corresponding

works of explanation and emptying of the lot up to reaching the road

surface.

In necessary case, the opportune drainages will be realized, in

order to leave the areas in conditions to build on them.

3. FOUNDATION:

When there is a basement, it is defined by a perimeter wall.

Therefore, some punctual foundation will exist for the pillars of

concrete armed interiors that will unite for bundle beams.

The walls of the basement will be conducted to screen

continuously reinforced concrete HA 30/B/20/II A, B 400 S Steel, 60

cm. Thick and a depth of 9.5 m, excavated in ground cohesive with

thixotropic muds.

Once clean and refined the ditches, under the base of the

foundation, it will prepare a concrete of cleaning HM 20/B/40/II A,

with a thickness of 10 cm. or to a level which would enable the

calculation edge to the foundation.

The walls of the ramps will be realized by means of an

excavation to opened sky containing the area by means of banks to

both sides of the walls.

The concretes of the foundation will be of central, to that the

corresponding certificate will be requested which demands the

normative one effective, and of the type HA 30/B/20/II TO, and the

steel armors B-400-S, in the suitable quantity. It will be required the

obtaining of test tubes for their later control of quality. The opportune

norm will be continued for the one poured of the concrete, once

placed the armor of steel on the layer of concrete of cleaning.

If in view of the land, this or the waters of the underground is

aggressive for concretes or steel, concretes will be used with the

corresponding atmosphere corrections, according with the normative.

It is indicated in the planes, the dimensions and armors of the

ditches and foundation, as well as their constructive details.

The floor of the basement is the peak -2.80 m. with respect to

the zero bound. In this basement area will be constructed a

continuous slab of concrete HM-20/B/20/I finished in quartz on

crushed stone, armed with steel, according levels.

4. NETWORK OF SANITATION:

It provides a network of evacuation unit with primary

ventilation, bringing the sewage and rainwater into a pit of

registration of which leaves the assault to the urban sewer system.

The horizontal network will be made based on PVC pipes, with a

slope of 1.5% and minimum diameters established.

The route of the horizontal network of sanitation runs to get a

The connection with the urban sewage will be done through a

5. STRUCTURE:

The site presents an irregular shape; the structure of the

building adapts to perimeter of the facade and modulates with a

continued rate transversal the facade. The irregularities are absorbed

in the encounter of the continuous tracts of facade. The structure of

the building is completely made of reinforced concrete and has 5 floor

structures (4 above the bench mark 0 and one of them inclined).

The floor structure is massive slabs of reinforced concrete

The lights between pillars vary between 4.00 and 8.00 m.

6. FACADES:

The facades will be formed on the first floor, socket, the wall of

reinforced concrete with folded placated of artificial stone. At the top

and other plants, the external partition will be of factory of double

hollow brick, received with cement CEM II/A P 32,5 R and river sand

1:4 plaster inwardly with water-repellent cement of the same

characteristics that of the meetings, chamber with isolation thermos

monocoat.

All the finishes will be completely tight to the rain water and

snow.

7. MASONRY:

The interior partition of the building is carried out with simple

hollow brick received with plaster, except in the bathrooms, toilets,

kitchen and box of stairs that will be of hollow brick double and

received with cement and sand of river 1/6. The interior partition that

coincides with a sector change will be carried out with brick

honeycomb.

All the tranches, vertical and horizontal, except the vertical of

the bathrooms, toilet and kitchen, which will be tiled, will be

garnished with plaster black and will plaster with white plaster, being

given some total thickness of 7 cm. and 9,5 cm. respectively. It shall

"keeps alive" galvanized sheet metal on the corners.

When the factories are very dry the fences of the interior doors

will be placed, as well as the fences of the external windows.

There will prepare a flat badge of stucco in all the roofs of the

kitchen and the bathrooms and a moat with moulding in the dining

room and lobby.

8. COVER:

It is a hot inclined cover or of a leaf.

The cover will have fall to four waters, pouring each one to the

different facades, with slopes among 20º and 25º, conforming easels

to different heights.

The cover has been resolved so that the termination of the

coating ensures imperviousness to water and snow, and so resists the

pressure and suction of the wind.

The constructive solution is different in function that the space

that conforms is useful or not.

In the not useful zones 1,00 m will be formed by skirts

composed by small distant partitions of hollow brick doubly., tied

longitudinally every 2 m, and on them a board of "rasilla" dovetailing

of 100x30 cm. with cap of cement compression. On forged of cover a

blanket of glass wool will be placed for thermal and acoustic isolation.

In the covered areas useful first floor, the board of this will be

formed approximately by belts separate 1,20 meters. On the belts a

The garage will take a termination in continuous pavement of

grey quartz about refined reserve of concrete.

The ramps will go pavement with terrazzo "diamond tip" of

30x30 cm.

The baseboard of facades will be tiled with stone of moss.

10. CARPENTRY:

10.1. Of wooden:

- External:

The entrance door to the housing will be of a normalized

armored leaf, with board shielded in pine, even prefence, fence and

scabs pine solid, long hinged security, safety locks three point, edge

length, carved drawer and great angular peephole.

- Interior:

The doors will step folding sheets standard, with edge and

moulding, in pine wood, to be varnished with mouldings and scabs to

play, carrying the same conclusion the fitted wardrobes, but leaves

runners. The fences will be machined from 7x6 cm.

The doors of step will go glazed, type window, to the lounge, of

two leaves, and those of access to kitchen, of a leaf.

The ironworks for the doors will be made of brass, of the

pattern that is chosen. It will take three hinges as a minimum.

The interior doors have slip, with knob and condemnation in

both bathrooms and bedrooms.

The whole carpentry will be completely finished, with scabs,

10.2. Of metal:

The access door to the courtyard is folding a sheet of aluminium

in white.

The windows are sliding two or three sheets of aluminium and

white shutters are rolling boards of thermal aluminium.

The garage door will be swinging in a sheet corrugated sheet

metal, with a corresponding metal fence and its respective ironworks

of security and to hang.

All the mouldings and carpentry take scabs.

The meetings with the external partition and the unions among

the elements of the carpentry will be tight to the rain water or snow,

being picked up and being evacuated the condensation water.

It will ensure the protection of the materials used to aggression

and environmental compatibility of materials used among themselves

and with the materials of the walls.

11. GLASSWARE:

The external carpentry of doors and windows will take glass

type climalit 4/6/4 mm. of thickness, sealed to the aluminium with

cords of transparent silicone, for both sides. It will be from enough

resistance to the action of the wind. The enough looseness will be

foreseen to absorb dilations and not to transmit vibrations.

In the windows of the bathroom the same system climalit will

be used but with translucent glass in the interior part, to avoid direct

views.

The glass of the interior carpentry will be with glass colourless

form of 6 mm. of thickness, with wooden jonquils to game with this

carpentry.

12. FACILITIES:

Before proceeding to give the interior linings they will open up

the you touch for the facilities of water, drainages and electricity,…

being placed the corresponding pipes and tubes of PVC, and being

received later on these.

The installers will lift enclosed outline with the real disposition

of the electric conductions and of plumbing.

12.1. Of electricity:

For housing provides for a projected level of electrification high,

therefore, the foreseen power won't be inferior to 9.200 W and the

use tension will be 230 v. in any case, the facility shall comply with

existing rules and the company's suppliers.

12.2. Of plumbing:

It is planned to supply from a general onslaught in wardrobe

foot plot containing a key cutting, a check valve and a tap. The water

meter is located inside the building or plot, but easily accessible area,

near the entrance, housed in weatherproof enclosure and drainage,

protected from frost and placing in the same locker key general court.

The distribution net will be made of copper according to

downtakes, is the simplest possible to guarantee the drainage

possibility in all consumption point, with the disposition of the

corresponding downtakes, and get a natural flow by gravity. It will be

perfectly tight and it won't present sweats neither filibuster, sealing

their meetings perfectly. Their section is uniform in the whole

downtake. It will be firmly subject to the adornments by means of

bands, with fixations each 1,5 m., so that each section of downtake

be self. It will be protected of the changes of temperature,

mechanical crashes and chemical actions of other materials.

There will be carried out a primary ventilation, (since the six

plants of height are not overcome), by means of the continuation of

the downtakes until cover, up to 2,5 m. above the covered with the

building, with object of:

- To give entrance to the external air in the evacuation

system to facilitate the circulation in the same one and to offer an

exit to the noxious gases above the cover.

- To avoid the trapping and, with it, the loss of the

hydraulic closings of the apparatuses.

- To offer the detachment for drying of the particles stuck

to the walls of the pipes, being avoided, as much as possible, the

horizontal journeys of the ventilation pipe.

The network evacuation and downtakes of dirty water be

conducted in PVC pipes, sized according level, and the views of rain

lacquered aluminium earthy colour, with uniform diameter throughout

its route, with derivations and elbows of the same material.

The sanitary wares of the bathrooms will be vitrified porcelain,

colour, and the fitting one control.

12.4. Heating and sanitary hot water:

There will be a boiler wall to natural gas for heating and hot

water mixed.

The heating of the housing is made by means of circulation of

hot water with compound originators of heat for adaptable elements

of injected aluminium to each other, and copper pipe network.

It will intervene between the fixation elements and the pipes an

elastic ring and in any case it will be welded to the tube.

It will be avoided to use different materials in oneself

installation, and if one makes they will be isolated electrically so that

corrosion doesn't take place, even galvanic, for incompatibility of

materials.

It will reconsider the route of the pipeline, in coordination with

other facilities that may have crosses, parallels and encounters.

The boiler will be placed according to the maker's

derivations will be carried out without forcing the pipes, using the

permitted only when the space leaves no alternative or when required

balancing circuit.

The connections of the teams and the apparatuses to the pipes

will be carried out in such a way that between the pipe and the team

or apparatus any effort is not transmitted, due to the own weight and

the vibrations.

The dilations of the pipes when increasing the temperature of

the fluid will be compensated to avoid breaks. In those spread of

A. REPORT:

1. PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT:

The present chapter Quality Control as part of the project

described below in order to comply with RD 314/2006 of 17 March by

which approves the CTE.

1.1. General data project and of the quality control:

Author of the quality control: Elian Herranz Gil.

Name of the Project: Project of 22 apartments with garage, and

commercial premises.

Typology of the work to build: The project consists of an

apartment building, formed by an isolated block.

Localization of the work to build: The plot on to run the play is

located in the block between street Södra Vägen, street Klyvaregatan

and street Dragvägen.

Budge of Material Execution: 551.802,70 €.

The budget of the quality control (14.1): 1.292,14 €.

2. PARTS OF QUALITY CONTROL:

The quality control of this work includes:

A. The control of reception of the products.

B. The control of execution.

C. The control of the finished work.

To do so:

1) The director of the execution of the work will gather the

documentation of the carried out control, verifying that it is according

with it settled down in the project, his old ones and modifications.

2) The manufacturer shall obtain from suppliers of products and

facilitate the work of director and the director of the execution of the

work the documentation of the previously signal products, as well as

3) The documentation of prepared quality for the

manufacturer on each one of the work units will be able to serve, if it

authorized this way it the director of the execution of the work, like

part of the control of quality of the work.

After completing the work, documentation tracking control will

be deposited by the director of the execution of the work in the

corresponding professional school or, in its case, in the competent

public administration, which ensures its protection and strive to

deliver certifications its contents who show a legitimate interest.

A. CONTROL OF RECEPTION OF THE PRODUCTS:

The reception control has for object to check the demanded

minimum technical characteristics that they should gather the

products, teams and systems that incorporate in a permanent way in

the projected building, as well as its supply conditions, the

guarantees of quality and the reception control.

During the construction of the work the work director and the

director of the execution of the work will carry out the following

controls:

A.1. Control of the documentation of the

supplies:

The suppliers will give the manufacturer who will facilitate them

to the director of execution of the work, the documents of

identification of the product demanded by the normative one from

having forced execution and, in their case, for the project or for the

medical address. This documentation will understand, at least, the

following documents:

- The origin documents, supply leaf and labelling.

- The certificate of the maker's guarantee, signed by

physical person.

- The documents pursuant or authorizations required

administrative regulations, including documentation for the CE

marking of construction products, where appropriate, in accordance

with the provisions which are transposition of the EU directives

affecting products supplied.

A.2. Control by means of distinguishing

characteristics of quality or technical evaluations of

suitability:

The supplier will provide the precise documentation on:

- The distinguishing characteristics of quality that show the

products, teams or given systems that assure the technical

characteristics of the same ones demanded in the project and it will

document, in their case, the official recognition of the agreement

distinguishing characteristic with that settled down in the CTE.

- The technical evaluations of suitability for the foreseen

use of products, teams and innovative systems, of agreement with

that settled down in the CTE, and the perseverance of the

maintenance of their technical characteristics.

The director of the execution of the work will verify that this

documentation is enough for the acceptance of the products, teams

and systems.

A.3. Control by means of rehearsals:

To verify the execution of the basic demands of the CTE it can

be necessary, in certain cases, to carry out rehearsals and tests on

some products, according to that settled down in the effective

regulation, or according to that specified in the project or ordered by

the medical address.

The realization of this control will be made of agreement with

the approaches settled down in the project or indicated by the

medical address on the sampling of the product, the rehearsals to

carry out, the approaches of acceptance and rejection and the actions

to adopt.

B. CONTROL OF EXECUTION:

During construction, the director of the execution of the works

will monitor the implementation of each unit of work verifying their

setting, the materials used, the proper execution and layout of

components and facilities, as well as inspections and other checks to

be carried out to check their conformity with what is stated in the

project, the applicable law, the norms of good practice constructive

and instructions for the direction optional. On receipt of the executed

work can account for certificates of conformity having the actors

involved, as well as investigations, if any, conducted entities quality

control of the building.

See that have taken the necessary steps to ensure compatibility

between different products, components and systems constructive.

In the control performance of the work shall be adopted

methods and procedures to address the technical evaluations

suitability for the intended use of products, equipment and innovative

systems.

C. CONTROL OF THE FINISHED WORK.

In order to test the performance end of the building in the

finished work should be carried out inspections and testing of service

set out in the draft or address optional and those under the CTE.

3. REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONSTRUCTIVE QUALITY:

control without reduction of intensity, until in four serial lots

satisfactory results are obtained.

The control will be carried out determining the resistance of N

A. REPORT:

1. PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY:

This Study of Security and Health settles down, during the

construction of the work, the forecasts regarding prevention of risks

and professional accidents, as well as the sanitary services common

to the workers.

It will be good to give some basic guidelines to the companies

contractors to carry out their obligations in the field of the prevention

of professional risks facilitating their low development the

Coordinator's control as regards Security and Health during the

execution of the work, in accordance with the Real Ordinance 1627 of

October 24, 1997 that it establishes the Minimum Dispositions as

regards Security and Health.

2. CHARACTERISTIC OF THE WORK:

2.1. Description and situation of the work:

The plot on to run the play is located in the block between

street Södra Vägen, street Klyvaregatan and street Dragvägen.

The project consists of an apartment building, formed by an

isolated block.

This construction is defined as a piece of new construction. It is

a building of residential use to be an apartment, in which areas

dedicated to other subsidiary activities of the main one exist, such as

commercial first floor and garages.

The construction is distributed in plant basement dedicated to

garages, it plant 1ª dedicated to housing and commercial first floor,

and the plants 2ª, 3ª and 4ª (covered low floor) dedicated to

housings.

This phase will understand all the works related with the

construction phase.

The access to the housings is carried out for two located halls,

one in the street Södra Vägen and another in the street Dragvägen.

The communication among the respective plants is carried out

for the nucleus of communications formed by two flight staircase and

elevator.

The structural system is formed by concrete armed in pillars

and beams, the wrought one with prestressing semiresistant joists or

on the site; roof spaces of concrete and steel, B 400 S.

The facade constituted with caravista brick and hollow of 11,

chamber hollow brick of the 7 with revoke coloured mass and in

ground floor, ended in plates of artificial or similar stone.

It provides the building water supply, electricity and sewerage,

telephone and gas, (all of the conventional type).

The access to the work is foreseen across any of the streets

that surround the apple.

2.2. Problematic of the plot:

- Topography and surface:

The parcel on which will execute the work has an approximate

surface of 3770 m².

After the demolition of the old construction, is that the ground

is clay until 3 m. of depth and to more depth it is constituted by

gravels and slimes.

- Characteristic and situation of the

existent services:

It possesses services of water, sewer system and electricity.

2.3. Budget, execution term and manpower:

Budge of Material Execution: 551.802,70 €.

The budget of Security and Health is of 3.344,71 €.

Given the work type, the system of execution of the same one

and having the auxiliary means for their existent execution in the

current market, under normal conditions of work is considered a term

of initial execution of 37 months.

On the basis of the premises established previously for the

execution of the work, and applying the usual percentages in the

building construction of the same characteristics a maximum number

of operatives in the same of 10 workers.

Typology of the work to build: The project consists of an

3. PREVIOUS WORKS TO THE REALIZATION OF THE

WORK:

After the demolition of the current building it will have realize

They will be supplemented by the necessary auxiliary elements:

washbasins.

There will be a container for withdrawal of garbages.

It is kept in perfect condition for cleaning and conservation.

In the work office one will install a first-aid kit with the

minimum content indicated by the existing legislation, and a fire-

extinguisher of dry polyvalent powder of efficiency 13 A.

The provisional facilities for the works will be realized inside the

prefabricated modules commercialized in sheet confined with

insulating thermal and acoustic. They will be mounted on slight

foundation of concrete.

5. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY WORK:

5.1. Risks more common detectable:

5.2. Norms or measures preventive type:

A) Protection System against indirect contacts:

For the prevention of possible indirect electric contacts, the

A) Description of work:

Before performing the work of earth-moving, the site will be

vicinity of the machines during their work.

At work in the ditch, the minimum distance between the

workers will be 1 meter.

The output of trucks on the street will be warned by a person

other than the driver, to prevent users of the route running.

Maintenance of proper machinery.

6.2. Foundation:

A) Description of work:

The foundation of the building is sufficiently reflected in the

plans, being done mainly based pads isolated conveniently tied with

tied beams and beams avoiding turning.

The concrete for the structure will be supplied from a central

concreted through truck mixer and distributed through the pit crane

running. The vibrated concrete will be done with a vibrator electric

needle.

6.3. Structures:

A) Description of work:

The shuttering of props and beams will be executed by wood or

metallic plates prepared to leave the seen concrete and metallic props

for the survey of the wrought one.

The concrete for the structure will be supplied from a central

Once deshuttering the plant, the materials will be heaped

correctly and in order. The cleaning and the order, so much in the

work plant like in the one that deshuttering is been, it is

indispensable.

Regarding the wood with tips, it should be lacking the same

ones and heaped in areas that are not forced in passing of the

personnel, willing to take them to the place of corresponding storing.

protected with handrails of 0,90 m. of height and 0,20 m. of

baseboard.

The nets of rhombic mesh will be of the type pole and superior,

recognitions will be presented to the coordinator of security and

health in work execution.

7.2. Borriquetas scaffolds:

They consist of a board of 60 cm horizontally. The minimum

width, placed on two supports in the form of a "V" inverted.

The work platforms will be anchored perfectly to the

borriquetas, avoidance of balancing and other undesirable

movements.

The work platforms won't stand out for the lateral of the

borriquetas more than 40 cm. to avoid the risk of overturning by

tilting.

The borriquetas won't be to each other separate to axes more

than 2,5 m. to avoid the big arrows, undesirable for the work

platforms, since the risks increase when bending.

The scaffolding will be formed on a minimum of two

borriquetas. It expressly prohibits the replacement thereof (or some

of them), "drums", "stacks of material" and equivalent to avoid

volatile situations.

About scaffolding on borriquetas, will remain strictly necessary

material and distributed evenly by the working platform to prevent

overloads to undermine the resistance of the boards.

The borriquetas metal system for opening or closing scissors,

All the electric tools will be endowed with double isolation of

security.

The tools will be reviewed regularly, so as to meet the

manufacturer's instructions conservation.

They will be gathered in the warehouse work, leading to the

ground.

The disconnection of the tools will not be a sharp jerk.

It will be used a tool without electrical outlet, if there is need

for extension hoses, they will be the tool to plug and never the other

way around.

The work will be conducted with these tools always in a position

stable.
