– Supply Chain set up in 3 States – Edo, CRS & Rivers– 46 Focal people trained in Cross River State, buying
continues in 37. 18 in Rivers and 20 in Edo States– 2 Novella field officers per State visiting communities– 25 tons achieved so far – 20 (CRS), 2.5 (Edo), 1.0 (Riv)
• Logistics– Focal people equipped with scales, needles, ropes, Banners,
Bags, etc– 1 store in Edo. 1 in Ikom, CRS, Negotiating for other stores
• Processing– Still under negotiations
• Very lean structure for supply chain team
