Progression Messages Undergraduate Students can see through On-line Results

1) Only Undergraduates can potentially see the below messages 2) The “Int Trans” field on SPR must contain an A for any of the below to be visible. 3) The Progression code must be entered in the Actual PIT field on the relevant years SPI record for any of the below to be visible. (If the field is blank, then only the Interim Transcript will show. 4) The below codes are the only valid options, and the visibility of messages is also determined by whether it is before or after progression and before or after registration.

1. Before progression – the SPI record is ‘Incomplete’ status 2. After progression, before Registration – Progressed students & those repeating

year/semester etc: the July SPI record is ‘Complete’ and the enrolment status is RPR 3. After progression, before Registration - Refer/Defer students : has Reassessment
