The Growth Incentive Programme (GIP) for Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore comprises the following programmes:

AMWAY is striving to achieve its first RM1 Billion sales performance by year 2015. We are now in the second year (2014) towards Go 1B (Go 100 Mil for Singapore). We have in line many attractive incentives and recognition programme to motivate and incentivise our Distributor leaders to achieve this target.
To Go1B, we target to achieve sales growth of 10% each year, from 2013 to 2015 (8%, 9% and 10% respectively for Singapore).

Go 1B RecognitionWe have designed a special set of Go1B award pins for Platinum and above levels. All new qualifiers from Platinum & above qualifying within PY2013 and PY2015 will get this Go1B pin on stage, together with the core plan award pins.
