- 9.15 : Arrival of the Spanish delegation (airport in Clermont) - 16.28 : Arrival of the Icelandic delegation (railway station).

- 17.28 : Arrival of the German delegation (railway station).

- 17.48 : Arrival of the Turkish delegation (railway station)

- Unpacking at the hotel – free time

- 19.00 : dinner (?)

- 21.45 : Arrival of the Polish delegation (airport in Clermont).

Tuesday 13 November, 2012

- 8.30: Official welcoming ceremony at school with official politicians, local TV and local

newspaper. Presentation of the project and of every school(power-point or video

presentation)..

- 10.00: Coffee break

- 10.35: Work on the project (in two groups : student (make a name of the mascot and

working on) , teachers (organising the other meeting)

- 12.30: Lunch at school (canteen)

- 14.00: Work on the project (make a introduction of the topic and about why the mascot

travel)

- 17.00: Pupils go with their partners to the host families. Free time for teachers.

- 19.00: teachers : dinner (restaurant in La Bourboule)
