Maximum of 18 remaining prerequisites credit hours. o No more than nine (9) of these credit hours may be prerequisites science credits. o Coursework may be taken in the 2013 spring and/ or summer semesters. Students must take the TEAS V (Test of Essential Academic Sills V). Taken sophomore year, consists of Reading, Math, English, Science May only be taken twice. For admission to the fall semester, the application period begins the previous October 1 and runs through the second Friday in January – 100 accepted each fall. Must have a minimum 2.9 GPA in the listed prerequisites. Required GPA for science courses is a 3.0 with a minimum grade of “C” grade assigned. All (NURS) courses must be passed with a grade of “C” or higher. NUTR 2360 requires a grade of “C” or higher.
