EFBC’s Feline Conservation Center welcomes you to what we hope is another beautiful night in the
desert. This year we are celebrating the “Art of the Feline”. Many artists spend hours capturing the
elusive nature of the world’s most beautiful animals. Tonight you can meet some of our local talent.
Few artists attempt to go beyond the common big cats – tiger, lion, cheetah, leopard, jaguar, snow
leopard, cougar – and portray the smaller cats that make up so much of the world of wild cats. Artwork
helps inspire people to work towards the conservation of these often-endangered animals, and inspires
children’s interest in the world around them.
We have some home grown talent locally that have used EFBC’s felines for their muse. Previous Follies
attendees have seen some one-of-a-kind originals at the silent auctions. Go home with some new feline
art tonight!
