An asterisk (*) in the enrollment column indicates that the count is 10 or less. A double asterisk (**) in the enrollment column indicates a plan that is no longer operating. These enrollment numbers include Medicare enrollees only, and do not include Medicaid-only PACE enrollees, who represented about 14 percent of all PACE enrollees in July 2016, as shown in Tables 2 and 3 in this CMS report: https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/managed-care/downloads/enrollment/2016-medicaid-managed-care-enrollment-report.pdf.
