Program East meets West in Education 2014

Incheon International Children Education Forum 2014: East meets West Songdo Convensia Convention Center, Incheon, Korea 17th – 18th of December 2014 East meets West is a 2-day conference in Incheon in December 2014, discussing the future of education content and technology. Its program will be aligned with other events such as the UNESCO World Book Capital and UNESCO World Education Forum in 2015. Incheon will be UNESCO World Book Capital 2015. The first day of the forum will be focused on reading promotion. On the second conference day workshops and presentations will deepen the reflections about innovative education. 300 speakers and attendees are politicians, education experts, journalists, CEOs of education content publishers and technology companies. Attendees and speakers will be both Asian and international. The attendees will also come from schools, universities, education companies and public administration. The forum is also a pre-event for the planned children’s and education book fair in Incheon in 2015. The forum will be co-hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City and Frankfurt Book Fair and organized by the Asia Pacific Publishers Association and LitCam.
