1. PAYMENT–Advertisers have the option of paying in full upon submission of artwork or being billed via payment planwith 25% paid prior to first publication. All financial commitments must be met no later than March 31, 2011.

2. Full-season advertisers who withdraw their advertisement before the publication of the final issue will be retroactivelycharged the single-issue rate for any and all ads that have already appeared.

3. The State Theatre reserves the right to approve or reject advertising copy. Advertisers assume full responsibilityfor advertisement content.

The State Theatre Playbill is published by the State Theatre Regional Arts Center at New Brunswick. Production costs are met by advertisingrevenue and remaining monies benefit the State Theatre. The State Theatre is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization.
