PROGRAM ASSESSMENT:Black Egyptians: Innovations in Science and Artfeaturing local historian and storyteller Robert “King David” Ross

FEBRUARY 25, 2016

Context + OverviewThe Office of Institutional Diversity hosted local historian and storyteller, Robert “King David” Ross, as part of its Black History Month festivities on February 25, 2016.

Ross is well-known in the Charleston community for his Mobile History Museum which tells the story of African Americans from the perspective of Ancient Egypt.

He has hosted his museum at The Citadel Military College and is a member of the South Carolina Arts Commission.
