Mr.Zan ( Mohd Shareezan) received his Architectural Interior De-signing & Civil Engineering Diploma certificate from India. Then he re-turned to Malaysia where he successfully managed several Residential & Commercial Interior Designing job & Renovations. Zan began Dzan studio as a sole proprietor ship in the beginning. Since 2007 Dzan have completed a lot of designing jobs in Malaysia. Also in these years, Dzan experienced more about the Malaysian market and its business opportunities. Also Dzan have achieved a lot of good contacts like professional civil engineers, architects, interior designers, business advisors, financial advisors, legal advisors, property advisors, etc. These contacts will help Dzan to make Their company as a professional architectural interior designers’ firm.

2014 December Dzan Joined with Dato’ Ameer Abas, founder of Golden Sands Developments Limited UK, and Became a Private Limited Company (Sdn.Bhd). Dzan create a dynamic interior spaces, ranging from the traditional to the innovative. Dzan developed a good team and directs this team on every design project, in the studio and on-site, to ensure accountability and client satisfaction. In 2014 beginning time Dzan Expanded into online retail business which is known as Dzan Bizwall to bring extraordinary decor objects and home accessories that come with a affordable price to clients.

Dato’ Ameer Abas, founder of Golden Sands Developments Limited UK, became a self made millionaire, at the age of 28, through his multiple business ventures. As a successful entrepreneur, he has been venturing into real estate, property devel opment, prop-erty management, hedge fund management, shipping agencies, education consultancy, mobile app devel opment, food and beverage businesses, and trading businesses. Dato’ Ameer has tapped into international markets such as Ma-laysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Australia and the United Kingdom, achieving multiple successes in various business ventures. His personal investment portfolio is currently worth over US$15 Million.

In 2014, in recognition of the achievements in his business ventures and contribution to the industry and country, he was awarded the title of “Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang” (DIMP) by the Sultan of the Royal Family of Pahang. This is a prestigious award from the Malaysian State of Pahang, which carries the official title, Dato’. In addition, his works have been recognized in other parts of Malaysia, having received the title of “Darjah Kerabat Mahkota Kelantan” (DK), another prestigious award from the Malaysian State of Kelantan.
