High Waves Marine Services is headed by Capt. Shailendra Kumar a Master Mariner who has vast

experience in the field of operation and management of Offshore Support Vessels and Dredgers. With

more than 20 years of rich experience in conceptualisation, implementation and management of offshore

and onshore Dredging projects in the MENA and South Asian region, Shailendra Kumar is a leading

figure in the Maritime industry.

Director – Ship Management & Consultancy Services

Subhash C. Tyagi, FIMarE

A veteran seafarer who has over 37 years’ experience in Operation and Management of oceangoing

ships and offshore support vessels, including the management of shipbuilding projects in various Asian

shipyards. During his career, Subhash has sailed on most kinds of vessels, having served as Chief

Engineer for several years.

Subhash moved ashore into Management and excelled in the techno-commercial management of ships

and is widely acclaimed as innovative professional for establishing and managing business within the

industry. He has served as Chief Operating officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in

reputed companies in the Middle East. Subhash has a proven track record of expanding the asset base,

increasing revenues and consequently the profits of companies while serving as COO and CEO.

Ian Chapman

Ian is a highly qualified Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) professional with

over 25 years’ experience and a sound background in both team building and management. Priority to

Health, Safety and Quality is the driving force behind his professional endeavours. A leader who

develops a Safety Culture and has driven companies to successful certification through Lloyds in ISO

Standards and has successfully reduced the Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR) below industry standard. Ian

is instrumental in Corporate QHSSE decision making for companies, group structures and ensures all

operations meet with local and international laws and regulations.

Ian is involved in the designing and planning of Operational Occupational Health, Safety processes and

procedures for Subsea Offshore Construction Companies, ensuring all dive teams, vessels, contractors

and client crews follow laid down operational procedures, he liaises with major Oil & Gas industry

clients to ensure the preparation of documentation for bridging and interfacing, ensuring companies and

personnel involved, know what rules and regulations to follow at specific times in the contract operation.
