Section 1- Wood Master is Unique:
1-History of Wood Master Company:
The journey started in 1905 about a century ago, when the grandfather of the Chairman Mr. Abid Hussain, started making wooden wheel carts at Amritsar-India. He surprised everyone with the unique quality and perfection of the wheel. This was achieved through his incredible zeal to work and the desire to reach perfection which lead to wining the hearts of his clients. The same spirit was transferred to the chairman’s
father Mr. Muhammad Hussain, and therefore the love for wood work ran through his blood. In 1979, Mr. Abid Hussain, who grew up in the family of skill excelling people, went to Japan, Italy, Germany, United States of America and New Zealand to study and learn skills using modern tools and machinery.
In 2003, Mr. Abid Hussain started a wooden manufacturing company in Pakistan, then in 2010 together with his wife Dr. Fatima Azmi, started WOOD MASTER INETRNATIONAL LLC in Dubai. Currently, we have over 100 high technology machines all made in Germany and Italy. In July, 2013, Wood Master International L.L.C. received an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System & Q-Mark Certificate and Fire Rated Doors Certificate from BM Trade. In 2014, we opened a new wooden furniture company under the name of Al-Qasr Al-Malaki furniture Ind. L. L.C. located in Sajja-Sharjah.
2- Our Goal and Commitment:
Wood Master’s goal is to manufacture high quality solid, semi solid, custom or engineered wooden furniture which provides not only superior living but also years of pleasure. To accomplish this, we have highly skilled worker and craftsmen, Engineer and Interior designer, they handle each project carefully. At Wood Master we manufacture whatever your imagination takes you. Whether it be a home entertainment unit, TV or Kitchen cabinets, bedroom furniture, bathroom vanities, wooden doors and windows, wooden floors, wooden stairs and rails, wooden ceiling, Pergolas, interior of luxury Yachts and Private Jets, also Interior design and decorations.

4-What makes Wood Master Company different from other Companies: 1- Mr. Abid Hussain, the chairman, descends from a family which had a long tradition
working with woods. For him, the work is a passion. The skill, training and experience that he obtained from different countries shows up in his work. Each project is personally handled by him. He pays close attention at the work of his employee and workers, giving them guidance and instruction like a guru teaching his students, he guides them until they reach to perfection. This makes us different from other companies.
2- Mr. Abid invented a new machine (spindle panel rising machine) which is safe on hands and does the wood panelling very fast without letting finger come close to the spindle. This machine is used for making the design on solid kitchen shutters, cabinet doors or wardrobe doors.
3- We manufacture Parquet floorings in our factory. This is a first time ever in UAE where a wooden factory embarks on such a task. The existing trend is to import these flooring from overseas, with limited options on size, color, and the type of the wood not to mention the extra cost and time incurred during transportations. We on the other hand, offer the client a full control of things related to parquet flooring.

5- We manufacture solid kitchen shutters, according to the client’s design, size and
colour, so one can make an old kitchen look new and fancy by just changing these shutters.
6- With our fire rated door certificate from BM Trade and our ISO certificate, we can manufacture fire rated doors in our factory, according to the client’s request, whether it be 30min, 60 min, 90 min or 120 minutes. Fire rated doors are needed almost in every construction, like Towers, offices, Schools, Hospitals, etc.
7- Nothing is ready made in our factory; in fact, every product which we manufacture is unique according to the clients’ design, budget and their requirement about the type
of wood to use. We give free advice and consultation on which will work best for their product. For example; wooden garden furniture or Pergolas will require the use of certain type of wood that will resist the termite and the harsh weather. Every client is dealt in a special way.
Section 2- ABOUT WOOD MASTER COMPANY: New machines are purchased as needed and we have now over 100 high tech quality machines and three CNC machines and four door press machines, all machines are made in Germany and Italy. These machines are used for cutting, plaiting, boring, routing, dowelling, lipping, profiling, sanding, sawing and seasoning of the wood, door pressing and wood carving using CNC machines. Below you can see pictures of our factory, process of some works and wood master team.
With these machineries and our skilled labor, we have the capability to manufacture whatever you hope to have, whether it is wooden doors, windows, beds, parquet floorings, Pergola, Kitchen cabinets etc. In our future plan we would like to expand the company’s production line with the aim of becoming a major wooden furniture and
parquet flooring supplier and producer in UAE and in GCC. Furthermore, open branches for our company in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.

Section 3- Company Plan and Capabilities
1. Business Plan: All our furniture is custom made, we manufacture high quality solid, semi solid, custom or engineered wooden furniture. The price range of the furniture differ according to the type of wood used and the amount of work has been put in. Only highly skilled labour, staff, architecture and engineer are employed so that the finish product is of superior quality. Production capacity will be increased to achieve maximum capacity and some of the orders will also be subcontracted. The basic raw material for manufacturing furniture is wood. In our factory we use woods imported mostly from USA. Types of wood used are, Ash, Oak, Pine, Teak, African Teak, red marinate and much more.
2. Process of the Production: Purchased blocks of woods are cut into different sizes, and before starting of manufacturing of any furniture a desired design is selected according to the customer’s
choice. Then the slices of wood are moulded into the desired shape according to the design. Carving means different elegant pattern carved in the wood. Quality of carving depends on the skills of the labour. Once the different pieces are carved and moulded then these parts/pieces are assembled or fixed together to give the shape of the final product. Assembled product is grind to give smooth surface. Once the surface is smooth, finishing material is applied to make the surface ready for paint or polish. After the base is prepared final finishing is applied depending on the requirement in terms of paint/polish. Upholstery of fabric is carried out according to the requirement of design.

With our highly skilled worker and crafts men together with high tech machines we can handle either individual or mass production. Moreover, the production ranges from commercial type production to fancy elegant luxury type productions, all depending on the request of the client and their budgets.

Wooden Stairs and Wooden Stair Rails: Usually wood is reserved for indoor stairs and stair railings, because it does not stand up to the elements as well as iron. A wood railing outside runs the risk of splintering because of harsh conditions like rain and hot sun. There are a wide variety of indoor wooden stair railings, from expensive design masterpieces to simple strong wooden rods made to support a lot of weight safely.
Wooden Wardrobe: A wooden wardrobe is preferred because of its strength, beauty and durability. The durability of wardrobes depends on the types of wood used for making them. Oak or Teak are the most durable ones; they last for several years. Wooden wardrobes fall under two categories - fitted and free standing.
Parquet Flooring: Enjoy the added stability of Wood Master Parquet floorings where other types of flooring may not be suitable. These engineered boards are layered to give extra strength. The material used on the top layer of our engineered boards ranges from 1mm to 6mm in thickness; the thicker the top layer the more it feels like real wood flooring. Our large range of engineered flooring includes, but not limited to: oak, walnut and ash as well as a hardwearing range of exotic hardwood flooring. Also the client has unlimited option of color and the size of the wooden board according to his\ her desire and this is a big plus point for the client.
Office Furniture: Our goal is to create office environment that will inspire individuals and increase the productivity of their work. Whether it is in a University, School, Government Office, Hotels or any place else. We build our products to fit your needs and satisfaction, whether it is a conference room, a lecture hall or an office reception desk.
