Every organization, team, and relationship has its challenges and opportunities. These peaks and valleys will never completely go away. However, with an open mind, an extension of yourself, and an acceptance of sometimes painful feedback, we feel your relationships and journey can be improved. In leadership and team development, you never "arrive"! You can only hope to improve and you must first start with yourself.
Our Leadership Development program is based upon personal accountability and the impact of your words and actions on those around you. Several yearsago we were introduced to a concept called "Servant Leadership" by our friends at Festival Foods. We have since been actively blending this leadership model into our every day thoughts and actions.
Your time at Badger is led by one of our team building experts. The program lasts3 hours. This will include classroom time, team building challenges andfeedback. There will also be some time left for fun because we truly believe "Fun Motivates". Feedback will be given throughout and after your program.
We will have your groups leader(s) fill out a questionnaire about your group ahead of time to help us identify your groups strengths and problem areas. This will helpus better understand what issues you may be having. You tell us and we will then program your time here to address those issues and others.

Pat has opened and succesfully lead multiple businesses throughout the state of Wisconsin as a developer and in on-going operations. He is a huge proponent of the principles of Servant Leadership and their application into real world situtations. Pat has spoken to and trained groups all over Northeast Wisconsin both corporateand high school age. Pat is a partner in Raising The Steaks Fundraising & Leadership Development. Our Facility and AmenitiesFacilityBadger Sports Park is a 23,000 indoor and 5.3 acre outdoor Family Entertainment Center complex locatedon Appleton's Northeast side. We are located 1 mile east of the Hwy 41 & Ballard exit adjacent tothe USA Youth Sports Complex and French Road. We have a private meeting room that comfortably seats about 30. We also offer a semi-private area that can seat up to 75. We also have additional training space that includes 5,000 s.f. of sports-turf area. This space is ideal for our team building challenges.
FoodWe offer a full line of food options including our famous thin crust pizza and great selection of appetizers. Hungry for something else? We can take care of you. Badger has an exclusive catering agreement with Van Abel's of Hollandtown. Just let us know what you want and we can take care of it.
