Savannah-Chatham County Public School System Project Manager Savannah, 2013 / Present
As a project manager I often interact with vendors and staff to convey the organization’s vision through providing the following for every project: project charters, process maps, brainstorming sessions, task assignments, status reports, testing and frequent feedback to ensure each project’s success. Implemented the following projects at the Savannah Chatham County Public School System: Human Resources Applicant Tracking System, Online Pre-K Lottery and Registration, Maintenance Work Order System and the Managed Print Service Project. I have a vast background that includes accounting, budgeting, contract modeling, managing staff and military leadership skills.

Scheduled training and needed logistics for a unit of 50 soldiers to ensure unit deployment readiness. Helped design the curriculum and maintained the monthly training calendars. Taught large class sizes based on lesson plans created. Was responsible for leading physical training to ensure all soldiers could pass the annual physical fitness test.
