ABOUT US
Agizer is a hi-tec fiber optics testing company which
produces equipment, software, and services for the
complete set of procedures in fiber optic line testing,
network monitoring, as well as in fiber optics sensing.
As a company based on the Eastern frontier of the
European Union (Vilnius), Agizer has all legal and
infrastructural advantages of a European company,
while bridging business opportunities in the West with
resources in the East.
With over 20 years of experience in fiber optic research, its managers and consultants have
gathered an extensive knowledge base of world-wide
customer feedback. This resulted in many commercial
projects and powerful instruments for fiber optics testing.
Besides the headquarters in the European Union, the
company has representative offices in the US and Asia,
and a development center in Minsk (Belarus).
The company unites the complete production cycle (conceptualisation, R&D,
pilot production, software development, and mass
production) under unified management. This solid
regional infrastructure, knowledge of the fiber optic
testing market, and the management structure
made it possible to create advanced products and
services for customizable fiber optics testing. Agizer
equipment ranges from compact devices paired with
smartphones and tablets to powerful stand-alone
OTDRs to laboratory testing units for optical cable
plants and fiber cable monitoring systems.

IIT-9000 Series
Mobile Trace Analysis software with desktop capabilities Many years of feedback from our customers helped us develop
the software fully optimized for quick and fail-safe operations
by technicians of any level. We implemented many ideas on
how to negotiate field environment limitations (performance,
dimensions, limited set of user inputs).

events allows the user to easily check different parameters.
If an event is marked as “need user verification” ,
pay closer attention to it!
Batch processing with TemplateUsers can easily perform batch processing of similar traces
(same cable) by applying a carefully prepared template drawn
from the event table of one of the traces.
Macrobend detectionThe software displays locations of possible macrobends. This
function becomes active if multi-wavelengths measurement
has been performed.
Bidirectional AnalysisWith the IIT-9000 device you can bind traces to each other
for later bidirectional analysis with a more powerful desktop
software.

The FIBERTEST system allows continuous monitor-
ing of optical lines, locating a fault and displaying the
information on the topological map.
Measurements results are stored in the database. It en-
ables data processing for predicting potential problems
in the fiber.
Monitoring of optical fibers reduces repairing periods
of optical lines, cuts operating costs, increases network
security due to the capability to detect an unauthor-
ized access and improves the line quality.
FIBERTEST system architecture allows integrating it
into other telecommunication management network
systems (TMNS) or documents circulation systems,
used by the customer in their work.
Type of events monitored:
FiberTest Monitoring
fiber break;
fiber absence;
local discontinuity of attenuation appearance;
increase of local discontinuity of attenuation;
local discontinuity of reflection appearance;
increase of local discontinuity of reflection;
increase of general attenuation on the pre-identi-
fied sections;
increase of the refractive index on the pre-identi-
fied sections.

Light or dark fibers monitoring
The Fibertest system meets all of the requirements for monitoring light or dark fiber-optic networks. Filters for
light fiber monitoring to be deployed on your network are supplied.
Store data in the cloud
The other way to store the data is to connect the FiberTest system to Fiberizer Cloud. This service allows
collecting, viewing and analyzing data via a web browser and mobile devices under iOS or Android platform.
Alarm subsystem
Fibertest can produce the following types of alarms: visual, sound, notifications by email or SMS. Notifications via
SNMP to TNMS or OSS.
Scheduled testing
Measurement schedules allow network operators to assess long term fiber performance to form the basis of
efficient asset management.
Reporting subsystem
Create ready-to-print PDF reports or CSV report data files for your customization with Excel power.
Multiple clients
FIBERTEST allows adding several clients to one subsystem in the observer’s mode
Real-time controlFibertest automatically monitors network 24/7 by
controlling the main parameters of connected fibers, by
comparing the current fiber trace with the reference.
Base Unit
Width 19” or 21”
Height 2U
Maximum Number of Optical Ports 48
Voltage of Station Supply, V 24,48,60
Reduce MTTRReduce MTTR by locating fiber-optic faults in minutes
instead of hours. The system accurately detects and locates
fiber degradation, alerting operators and managers with
the details of faults, and displays the located faults on the
topological map.
Increase security Increasing data transmission security by means of detecting
an unauthorized access to fiber network and a substantial
cutting down of the equipment.
Reduce operating costsFIBERTEST reduces maintenance staff and fleet of fiber-optic
test and measurement instrumentation.
Statistics gatheringFIBERTEST saves the statistics on the measurements taken for
their further analysis. The system has the tools to analyze the
traces obtained during measurement, detects pre-emergen-
cy condition of optical fiber (OF), forecasts the propagation
of defects and OF degradation, and also draws graphical
dependence of OF degradation upon time.

Going Сloud is a sure trend of today, no matter how
cautious some old-school engineers are about it. Agizer
applied this trend to contemporary fiber optic testing
and produced a breakthrough way of working with OTDR
traces, the Fiberizer Cloud service.
You can conveniently organise your traces into custom
collections. The traces can be compared in batches, so
that a technician can view several OTDR traces from the
same cable. For every trace you can quickly calculate loss
and reflectance measurements with moving markers, see
the complete event table and get every event details. If
you have OTDR traces from both ends of the optical fiber,
Fiberizer Cloud can create bi-directional reports
for even more comprehensive inspection. To document
your analysis, professional PDF or MS Excel reporting
functionality is available, and you can create your own
templates for reports.
Besides, the cloud OTDR trace viewer has a truly unique
option of simulating various types of optic
networks, from simple single lines to complex tree-
structured PON fiber optic schemes, allowing you to
generate virtual OTDR traces and reports for them, for
acceptance testing.
The Cloud OTDR trace viewer is based on MS Silverlight
technology, so you can use it in both Windows and
MacOS browsers. Your data is transferred via HTTPS
connection to ensure secure communication and storage.
With Fiberizer cloud OTDR trace viewer you never need
to install and update the application, thus cutting down
maintenance time and expenses. We are constantly
processing feedback from our customers (subscribers) and
working to improve the Cloud OTDR trace viewer, so you
always have the most recent instrument for your fiber
optic network analysis. Try our free service now, be on the
edge of cloud technologies, and compete more efficiently.

Institute of Information Technologies: reliable fiber optic testing technology provider
IIT standard and laboratory equipment is your reliable
partner in fiber optics testing and sensing, from the very
beginning of your fiber optics tasks. With our over 20-year
expertise and multiple successful projects, our current
products and procedures can be customized to meet your
particular needs in the ever growing business fields.
Any fiber optics product or installation needs initial
rigorous testing. For example, in cable production
smaller hand-held devices are definitely not enough, and
engineers must use heavy artillery of stationary laboratory
equipment like high-precision optical generators and
chromatic dispersion analyzers. Besides, very often fiber
optics installations need scheduled or 24/7 monitoring,
with options to immediately react to an emergency.
For such purposes IIT has an array of stationary
laboratory instruments and sets of testing procedures
easily adaptable to meet any architectures, scales, and
complexity.
Devices which measure optical fiber parameters
periodically need serious testing and calibration
themselves. IIT calibration and standard equipment meets
the hardest requirements and has been utilized not only
by fiber optic network technicians, but also by federal
agencies in Russia.
If you need hi-tec sensors in highly aggressive and
hazardous environments, or just hard-to-reach places,
IIT fiber optics solutions is your choice. Industries like
oil production, tunnel construction, security services,
use fiber optics to precisely monitor temperature and
mechanical strain, and the area of application is constantly
growing.
