Responsible for all QA/QC Activities (includes Test Lab, Incoming process-final Inspection, Inward Inspection of Bought out finished elements, Internal & External Audit, Vendor Approval, Preparation of Quality Manual, Work Instructions, Formats, Inspection & Test Plan, Audit Schedules, Reviewing

Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications.

Monitor proper identified Mould Materials in accordance with the flow diagram.

Witness the required tests in accordance with project specification & contract documents and to prepare, fill in and sign all reports and forms as necessary for the compliance with Contract Quality Standards.

Review Construct as-built drawing for modified above ground line and underground lines as per Engineering suggestion and approval for weld mapping and test package attachment.

Monitoring the QC Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements.
