1. Develop and test interactive front-end programs for webpages 2. Optimize the page size for faster download time 3. Optimize request-response cycle to speed up the page rendering 4. Job Profile: If you love databases, data architecture and developing schema, if normalization comes naturally to you and you can write SQLs to do jobs that your colleagues writes a program to do then you are the right fit for this role. Our flagship portal www.indiamart.com generates huge amount of data on a daily basis. Our database team manages this data and stores them in format that are used by our programmers to service our users. You will be part of our team of database administrators
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Manage database infrastructure which consists of Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra 2. Optimize queries, business logic and processes to improve efficiency of the infrastructure 3. Review requirements with application team(s), provide time line for tasks that needs to be done
by DBA team and ensure timely deliveries 4. Provide consultancy to product/application team on developing efficient programs 5. Maintain backup of configuration and databases 6. Ensures DB servers are monitored 24x7 and timely actions are taken on incidents
Qualifications:
Only for M.Tech (CS/IT) Students with B Tech (CS/IT) as qualification in graduation. Must have scored 80% in 10th and 12th standard and 60% in Grad and PG.
Skill Sets:
1. Self-driven individual with strong analytical approach towards problem solving 2. Ability to model, analyze, and manage large volume of data 3. Knowledge on SQL, NoSQL and Query optimization techniques 4. Ability to work well under pressure

You will be part of our crack team that manages a large array of servers that power our mission critical applications and ensure that they are well tuned to the task dedicated to them and stay up and running 24x7 without any fault.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Manage web infrastructure consisting of Linux Servers
2. Tune the servers for their roles - as Web-servers, Database servers, Application Servers, Media
Servers, Load Balancers etc.
3. Ensures high availability of the Servers and Applications running on these servers
4. Plan the capacity and ensure timely identification of additional resource requirements based on
current and projected load on servers
5. Continuously work to Speed-up the request delivery/servicing of the servers based on nature of
application and requests being served
6. Maintain backups of configuration and data
7. Ensures servers are monitored 24x7 and timely actions are taken on any incident
8. Provide consultancy to product/development teams on developing efficient programs
Qualifications:
Only for M.Tech (CS/IT) Students with B Tech (CS/IT) as qualification in graduation. Must have scored 80% in 10th and 12th standard and 60% in Grad and PG.
