1. Identify and introduce a number of university software applications that were developed in-house by the university IT staff.
2. Spearhead the development of a university portal whereby staff and students will need only one single sign-on to access numerous university software applications.
Dean, Office of Corporate Strategy and Quality Assurance (July 2008 – November 2009) Main achievements:
1. Led the team that enabled IIUM to win the “Hall of Fame” award for Balanced Score Card implementation. This award was given by Professor Norton and Kaplan of Harvard Business School in September 2008. IIUM is the third university in the world and the first university in Asia to have won such a prestigious award.
