ABOUT

Manufacturing climbing holds is not just a job for us, it‘s our passion, a calling, a way of life. We put heart and soul into climbing and for us, there‘s nothing better than doing this all day. Always searching for the perfect line in the rock, it became our dedication to develop climbing holds that take indoor climbing to a new level.

100 % POLYURETHAN

Lightness and flexibility are the most outstanding features of polyurethane. All BAVARIAHOLDS PU climbing holds are made of 100% polyurethane without any bulking agents and thus fulfil extraordinary requirements. Furt-hermore the material was tested and claimed to be free of any toxic substances.

NORM

All BAVARIAHOLDS climbing holds meet or exceed the requirements of the currently valid and actual DIN EN 12572-3 standard.

MADE IN GERMANY

BAVARIAHOLDS PU climbing holds are all made 100% in Germany within our own production site. There we are careing about a sus-tainable production, proper wor-king conditions and short tracks between us and our vendors.

LIGHTWEIGHT

We use our hollowback system for all the bigger BAVARIAHOLDS. This system saves material and also re-duces the weight of the holds wit-hout compromising safety or hold durability. Hollowbacks also make it much easier to handle the larger holds while setting and stripping routes or boulders.

Hollowbacks also make it much easier to handle the larger holds while setting and stripping routes or boulders.

ATTACHMENT SYSTEMAll bolt-on BAVARIAHOLDS are equipped with mounting system for M10 bolts wit a cap head. Apart from exceptions, BAVARIAHOLDS can also be fastened with wood screws to allow a more exibility for the hold position. We advise our customers to always use all set screw spots to make sure the attachment is optimal. Please read the instruction sheet to know exactly how to attach the holds.

BAVARIAHOLDS COLORSAll colors are matched to the industry standard. BAVARIAHOLDS climbing holds are offered in 15 standard and fluorrescent colors. However special colors are no problem at all and we are able to mix your special color. Please contact us for special color wishes.

MAINTENANCEWhen holds are screwed to a climbing wall and regularly used, it is normal that they become dirty from chalk and shoe abrasion. In the long term, the grip can be impaired. We therefore advise you to regularly clean the holds and check their condition.
