Spotted owl habitat
Large trees provide criticalhabitat for many wildlife species,including the California spotted owl.Now protected by the EndangeredSpecies Act, we need tools toidentify and protect both the owland it's forests. But current mappingapproaches are both costly andtime-consuming.
