John brings over 25 years of management experience in a variety of industries including steel, metals, chemicals, services and plastics. John has managed manufacturing facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Connecticut, California, and Mexico. Consulting for 20 years in a number of industries including metals, coatings, railroads, food, education, service, chemicals, and plastics, John has experience in assisting companies with lean principles, conflict resolution, leadership skills, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System), ISO 17025, ISO 13485, SPC, environment, safety and health management, and risk management. John has lead organizations to over 100 management system certifications. He is an RAB/QSA International Certified Quality Systems Auditor, ISO/TS 16949 Certified Supplier Auditor and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. John is recognized as an "expert witness" and has testified in lawsuits involving Quality Management Systems. John holds a BS from Purdue University, Metallurgy Technical Degree from Republic Institute and an MBA from Indiana University.
