We are a boutique catering company bringing you delicious everyday food. We create pre fixe menus filled with bright and vibrant flavors including plenty of gluten-free and vegan options. Your desire for thoughtful and healthy food makes us a valued partner in your production
Every day we work with the best producers, photographers and crews around. We are well versed on the dynamics and variables of being on set. With that in mind, we aspire to be the highlight of your day. We look forward to working with you!
What can you expect? BREAKFAST
EGGS N’ THINGS
Our typical BREAKFAST Includes:
• Eggs usually scrambled, but sometimes we make chilaquiles, quiche, or other treats! • Bread & Butter we change it up but we always include gluten-free options
• Protein crispy bacon, turkey sausage, maple tempeh, or house vegan sausage
• Fruit Salad berries, melon, and some seasonal surprises • Avocado Salad seasoned with olive oil, salt, fresh herbs and chili flakes
• Something Sweet chia pudding, pancakes, porridge, french toast, baked goods - dairy, & gluten-free
• Coffee, Tea, & Juice Jones of Pasadena, Clipper of Dorset Tea, Orange Juice

grass fed beef, & wild caught

INFORMATION & GUIDELINES OUR MENU • For Production Catering we charge $70 per person plus tax. We understand that one menu might
not work for everyone so we try to be as accommodating as possible.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS • We write your menu roughly one week in advance so we ask that special requests be made at least
48 hours in advance. • Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge.
• All changes to call times must be received by 5PM the previous day. • Changes to head counts must be received 48 hours ahead and may incur a charge to cover
logistics.
DELIVERY & SERVICE DESTINATION CHARGES are based on time and location of delivery. Multiple deliveries in one day
will incur multiple delivery charges. • Delivery rates are as follows:
0- 12 mi included 12- 30 mi $75 per delivery 31 - 41 mi & all Malibu locations $125 per delivery
• A location change is a $150 charge. Please allow us enough time between meals to accommodate a
location change between breakfast and lunch.
SERVER FEES are based on head count, location, length and type of event.
• We send one server on set for head counts between 1 and 40. If the job has a head count over 40 -
or if an additional server is requested - there will be a charge of $350 per server. • Service includes a two-hour service window from the Ready To Serve time (RTS) on the call sheet.
Please allow an additional 45 minutes for set up and breakdown. • If a sever is asked to stay past the two-hour RTS time, there will be an additional $35 an hour
charge, per server. • If you have an early breakfast call times, before 6am, there will be a charge to cover additional
staffing & overtime.
PAYMENT & EXTRAS • Special plates, talent riders, snacks and some menus items will be charged accordingly. • For new clients we ask that payment be made 24 hours the event or a check to be delivered upon
arrival, day of your event. • For existing clients, we offer net terms of 15 days. Payment not received within 15 days will incur a
10% surcharge every 15 days. • You may receive an additional invoice after the job to cover unexpected costs such as staffing and
location changes.
