Silverback understands the nuances

and demands of load unitisation.

Sometimes metal lashing is required

for its sheer strength and durability,

other times you need polypropylene

lashing for its ability to contract or

expand with your cargo. We also stock

a large range of seals, tensioners,

cutters and dispensers.

If you pack and wrap 10 pallets a

day, stretch wrap machines become

cost effective. Silverback has manual,

semi-automatic and fully automatic

one of nine internationally recognised

primary classes. Some classes have

sub-classes to provide greater

articulation of the specific nature and

exposure of the dangerous goods.

Standard OH & S practice is to visually

communicate the issue or danger

with an easy to recognise sign, label

or banner in the immediate area

exposed or potentially exposed to the

When it comes to incident mitigation or

incident response, your business simply

can’t afford to second guess what the

correct risk protocols are. The correct

safety cabinet must be fully compliant

to stand up to the rigours of toxic,

acidic or hazardous products. If you are

transporting dangerous goods in drums

you must have EPA approved spill

pallets to collect any leaks or drips.

Silverback stock a broad range of

synthetic polyester flat and round

slings ranging in lengths from 1 metre

to 10 metre and from 1 tonne to 10

tonne capacity. These slings are made

from standard polyester to ‘Ultra Lift

Dyneema’. We will customise any size

sling on request.

Silverback has a range of shackles, hooks,

turn-buckles, eye bolts, lifting chain &

self-locking lift hooks all available in

Grade 80 steel (from 1 tonne to 55 tonne

capacity). We can supply a customised

chain sling to meet any requirement.
