Step 1 ：Connect to Register Home page

• Open browser and input URL: https://register.msi.com/

• New member please “Create an Account” (the red frame)

• Old member input email, Password and Calculated Captcha , then

click “Login” , skip to Step 2

Step 1.2 Member Issue

• If you agree press ”Agree” ，and continue to next step

• If you disagree press ”Cancel” ，finish join member

Step 1.3 Input Member Information

• Column with prefix「*」 is necessary ，if you purchase

Notebook, please chose ”Yes“ (the red frame)。

• When your account create success, you can register the

product by press “Register you products now”(the red

frame) ，skip to Step 2.3 ，or press “Register later & back

to member center” to back member center.

• If you want to register product, click ”My Product”(the red

frame)

Step 2.1 My Product List

• If you had been registered other product，this page will list

the products you registered ，click ”I want to register a

new product “(the red frame)

Step 2.2 Notebook extend warranty

• If you bought the Notebook，please read the description.

Register product click ”I want to register a new product”

(the red frame)

Step 2.3 Product register screen

• Column with prefix「*」 is necessary ，if you don’t know

where to find the serial number，click ”How to Identify ?”

(the red frame)

Step 2.3.1 Serial Number type mistake

• If error message show “format or serial number error” , please check the character is “0” or “O”; “1” or “I”

• The letter must be “Upper case”, and each “-” must be in the right position.

Step 2.3.2 Notebook Register Notice 1

• If the Serial Number turns “Black” then the Product Serial Number is “Passed”

• There are more columns need to input

• There is a Questionnaire need to fulfill , please finish it.

• If you register a Graphic Card, there are two Serial Number need to input, please follow the picture to find the location.

• After click ”How to Identify ?” ，will open a window

name-and-Serial-number) ，it descript the location of

product.
