Our fast air drying clear coat is awarded with the Innovation Award during the

Automechanika in Frankfurt. And our waterborne AquaGreen-range is nominated

for the Green Directory at the same international trade fair.

CLEAR

KRISTAL AquaGreen is the waterborne product range of

Kristal Coatings. An innovative, environmentally friendly

and latest range of Kristal Coatings. KRISTAL AquaGreen

offers products with excellent premium quality and curing

properties, which even can be compared to solvent-

based products. Without saying the products of KRISTAL

AquaGreen are VOC compliant according the latest

directive. KRISTAL AquaGreen is environmentally friendly

and health conscious towards end-users.

KRISTAL AQUAGREEN CLEAR

KRISTAL AquaGreen Clear is the waterborne and latest

Clear Coat developed by Kristal Coatings. KRISTAL

AquaGreen Clear needs to be cured for 30 minutes at

60°C, which is fast for waterborne and comparable to

solvent-based Clear Coats. KRISTAL AquaGreen Clear

contains very little solvents and therefore a low VOC

value, KRISTAL AquaGreen Clear contains <200 g/L.

VOC. Also due the low VOC value only a little part of

the product evaporates and creates a higher coverage

per m² together with a higher durability of the Clear

Coat. KRISTAL AquaGreen Clear has a durability of 8-10

years.

KRISTAL AQUAGREEN SURFACER

KRISTAL AquaGreen Surfacer is the

waterborne and latest Surfacer developed

by Kristal Coatings. KRISTAL AquaGreen

Surfacer fully cures at 60°C with a cycle

of 30 minutes. KRISTAL AquaGreen has

KRISTAL AquaGreen Clear is selected by Messe Frankfurt as top 25 product for the

Automechanika Green Directory 2012.

a very low VOC level, it contains <200

g/L. VOC. KRISTAL AquaGreen has

excellent sandability together with high

filling properties. Without saying KRISTAL

AquaGreen Surfacer complies with the

Metallics give exacting color matches to modern effect

paint finishes through the design of their tiny silver bronze

& gold metallic platelets.

PEARLESCENTS

Pearlescents are specially designed to maximise the

shimmering effects of light refraction. The full pearlescent

effect comes shining through from unrefracted light de-

pending on the angle it strikes the surface.

XIRALLICS

Xirallics are the latest developments in extreme color inten-

siveness. They include tiny aluminium flakes which enhan-

KRISTAL UNIVERSAL TIMECLEAR

As the name suggests this air-drying products

can be used universal – for small to large spray

jobs. KRISTAL Universal TimeClear fully cures at

only 20°C. For urgent spray jobs this clear coat

obviously can be cured with infra-red or by

heating the spray booth. The application

of KRISTAL Universal TimeClear is equal to

conventional clear coats. KRISTAL Universal

TimeClear has a high gloss finish and overall fast

curing – with 20°C you can assemble the car

after 2,5 hours. In addition, KRISTAL Universal

TimeClear has a lower product usage.

The KRISTAL TIME technology is also awarded with the prestigious Automechanika

Innovation Award 2010

The KRISTAL TIME product range is the most innovative

product line of Kristal Coatings. The name “TIME” says

it all, the main focus is time (-saving) and cost saving

without any concessions to the quality of the product.

All the products of KRISTAL TIME fully cure at only 20°C.

Although the low curing temperature KRISTAL TIME still

has fast drying properties.

KRISTAL UNIVERSAL TIMESURFACER

KRISTAL Universal TimeSurfacer is the air-curing Primer-Surfacer of the KRISTAL TIME

product range. KRISTAL Universal TimeSurfacer is a fast air-drying grey colored

Primer-Surfacer. At only 20°C this product is sandable after 20 minutes, purely with air

drying – IR-curing is with KRISTAL Universal TimeSurfacer not required. The product

has easy application properties, the required film thickness is achieved by a 2-layer

application with a flash-off time of 2 to 3 minutes.

Together with the low VOC contents of the products, it is

also an environment conscious product line. The products

within the KRISTAL eXcellent UHS range are high-quality

Ultra High Solid products. The products are innovative and

renewing, with the KRISTAL UHS Clear Coat 93 (9310) we

were one of the first coating manufacturers worldwide to

introduce an 1-layer Clear Coat.

KRISTAL UHS CLEAR COAT 93

KRISTAL UHS Clear Coat 93 is an Ultra High Solid Clear

Coat with which an 1-layer application is sufficient to

achieve the required layer thickness. Together with a VOC

value of max. 418 g/L, KRISTAL UHS Clear Coat 93 is VOC

compliant according the latest EU directive 2004/42/EC.

Furthermore this Clear Coat has an easy application

method which results in an outstanding gloss level of

premium quality. Kristal Coatings offers also Semi-Gloss

and Matt variants of this Clear Coat.

KRISTAL UHS Surfacer 53 is a high-filling, excellent

sandable 2-pack Ultra High Solid Primer-Surfacer. As to

our philosophy KRISTAL UHS Surfacer 53 is easy-to-use,

besides regular application this Surfacer can be also be

sprayed wet-in-wet. KRISTAL UHS Surfacer 53 is available in

4 different colours, being Black, Dark Grey, Grey and White.

non-yellowing High Solid Clear

Hardeners 50° LT PLUS costs can

be saved on heating by curing at

HZENITH is the budget product line of Kristal Coatings. We are aware

that besides serving the top market, there is also a market for lower

priced budget products. To give our valued distributors also an

opportunity to enter and serve this market we have developed ZENITH.

ZENITH is being offered at low pricing with nonetheless high-quality

products, products developed, manufactured in the Netherlands

with Dutch quality. The ZENITH product range offers 2 Clear Coats

and 1 Surfacer with the required auxiliary products as Hardeners

and Thinners. Furthermore all ZENITH products are VOC Compliant

according EU directive 2004/42/EC and are easy to use.

ZENITH HS CLEAR COATSCRATCH-RESISTANT Z39 2:1

ZENITH HS Clear Coat Scratch-Resistant

Z39 2:1 is the anti-scratch Clear Coat

within the ZENITH product range. A Clear

Coat which is easy to use and VOC

compliant according EU directive

2004/42/EC. ZENITH HS Clear Coat

Scratch-Resistant Z39 2:1 has a premium

gloss level, very good adhesive

properties and high chemical resistance.

A price conscious product with

ZENITH HS420 CLEAR COAT 2:1

ZENITH HS420 Clear Coat 2:1 is the latest Clear

Coat addition to the ZENITH product range of

Kristal Coatings. A premium quality product for

an economic price. ZENITH HS420 Clear Coat

2:1 is a very easy to use product, applied with the

‘conventional’ method. A forgiving Clear Coat

which has room for error, such as high

resistance for drops. If required, ZENITH HS420

Clear Coat 2:1 is very easy to polish. As the name

already indicates, the VOC value of ZENITH
