Our lubricantsHyde Energy branded lubricants address all the major areas of customer demand. With a rapidly expanding industrial profile, a growing trans-port sector and a population approaching 200 million, the Nigerian market represents an unpa-ralleled commercial opportunity for our products.

The development and launch in Nigeria of the Hyde Energy branded range of automotive lubricants is a logical extension of our Group’s activities throughout the oil and petroleum products value chain.

our range has been carefully structured to meet the needs of virtually every type of industrial and transport machine used in sub-Saharan Africa including petrol, diesel and special purpose engines such as aviation, marine, transformers and compressors. The product options encompass synthetic, multigrade, monograde and multipurpose oils and all types of greases. Reflecting marketplace demands, we take extreme care to protect product quality and security all the way from manufacture through to wholesaling and retailing.

Our lubricants are blended in Europe and in Nigeria at plants that are ISO 14001:2008 and 9001:2008 compliant. Similarly, our packaging is made using unique moulds and has special safety and tamper-proof features to secure product quality throughout distribution.

Such care enhances the Hyde Energy brand. It enables us to market our products with confidence to wholesalers, through our own branded wholesale operation to retailers and high volume end-users, and via the Hyde Energy network of retail stations.

autOmatic transmissiOn Fluid

Hyde atF is a high quality synthetic fluid specially designed with advanced multi vehicle additive technology to serve a broad range of vehicles. Hyde ATF exceeds the complex requirements of Automatic Transmission/ Vehicle Manufacturers of Europe, North America and Asia including the JASO 1-A performance standard created by Japanese Automobile Manufacturers Association.

Remark: Not suitable for use in Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT), Dual Clutch Trans-mission (DCT), Daimler MB 7 speed (NAG 2), ZF 6 Speed

Hyde atF is formulated with high quality synthetic base stocks in combination with a special additive technology to achieve the following performance:

• Excellent thermo and oxidation stability.• Improved anti shudder properties, torque capacity, low temperature properties coupled with balanced frictional stability provides better shift feel and drivability • Excellent anti corrosion, foam inhibition and seal protection • Extremely high Viscosity index and shear stability ensures adequate lubrication over entire service life in both high operating & low starting temperatures

Hyde superPlus saE 40sG Hyde Super Plus mono grade series oil is designed for gasoline engines. They provide excellent control over engine wear, deposit buildup and protection against rust and corro-sion. Hyde mono grade motor oils are blended from refined base oils, with detergent dispersant, anti-oxidant and anti-wear additives, which provide good protection against sludge and corrosion.
