Objectives are :-- to design a bicycle roof rack for passenger vehicles- to design the system that allow a single person to load bikes on roof- to design the system that uses no step ladder

Size : the system should be <1.5m long

Cost : selling price < RM250.00

Quantity : Batches of 2000-5000 units for domestic market

Materials: Lightweight composite materials-resist impact and bending.
