The MAXAIR® Systems DLC (Disposable Lens Cu�) consists of anintegrated Lens and Cu�. It is the standard and basic face coverused in MAXAIR Systems PAPR configurations.

All versions of the DLC are NIOSH approved and provide respiratoryprotection against airborne particulate contaminants whenproperly configured and donned with a MAXAIR CAPR® PoweredAir Purifying Respirator (PAPR) System

Indications for use of the DLC

Situations requiring a NIOSH approved, HE rated, respiratoryprotection powered air purifying respirator:

• Situations where there is exposure to airborne particulate contami-nants.• Where NIOSH HE Performance is desired, Assigned Protection Factor, APF of 25

Contraindications for use of the DLC

• Non-IDLH atmospheres where the oxygen content is between 19.5% and 25%.• Where a protection factor, APF, greater than 25 is desired.• Where extra fluid resistance protection against liquid splash on.

Types and Sizes of DLC

2365-02ML is for all Non Hard Hat configurations. he ML fits most headsizes from medium to large.

2365-02SM is for all Non HardHat configurations.The SM fits smaller head sizes.

2366-02ML is for all Hard Hatconfigurations.The ML fits mosthead sizes from medium to large.

2366-02SM is for all Hard Hat configurations.The SM fitssmaller head sizes.

Types of DLC Packaging

DLCs are packaged 40 in a polybag, and one polybag of 40 in adispensing box.

The ML box is longer than the SM box so that they are easilyidentified and can be stacked appropriately, a SM Box on top of an ML box.

The DLCs are packaged in two types of boxes.• Standard Cardboard Box• Re-useable Plastic Box
