Access Chinese Market:
The Chinese government has undertaken a massive effort to revise its laws and regulations in a manner consistent with WTO (World Trade Organization) rules.
There are still substantial barriers in place that have yet to be dismantled. Import barriers, an opaque and inconsistent legal system, and limitations on market access combine to make it difficult for foreign firms to compete in China.

The first issue of CNCA CCC Implementation Rules covers
19 categories, 132 types of products.
With the update of HS code, total of 22 categories,
159 types of products are now required under CCC
certification system,
Wireless LAN is now mandatory for CCC Mark Certification.

Under current Chinese regulations, the concept of “modular”
or “family” approval is generally not acceptable
China certification is based on the model number
each model is generally issued an identical certification number with
unique ID particularly for MII approvals
each model number will be issued an unique Network Access Identifier

falling into the certification system by itself
