DUCTING

We manufacture zinc coated spiral wound steel ducting as well as oval slab ducting. The corrugated steel spiral duct is strong and flexible and allows for changes in profiles not otherwise possible with PVC or other plastics.

Spiral ducting is available in a large range of sizes from 45mm (ID) to 160mm (ID).

Our oval slab duct is available in two sizes, 70mm (to accommodate 12.7mm strand / 5 strand) and 90mm (to accommodate 15.2mm / 6 strand).

DUCT CHAIRS

We manufacture a wide variety of duct chairs to suit all types and sizes of duct.

Our range includes:

BARREL AND WEDGES

Barrel and wedges are used for locking strand into the hole of barrel or banana block and they come in two different sizes, 12.7mm and 15.2mm.

SWAGE PLATES

Swage plates allow pressure to go to the end of the slab so barrels do not pull through the slab, they come in one size, which fits both 12.7mm and 15.2mm strand.

ANCHOR BLOCKS

Anchor blocks are used for transferring pressure and come in three sizes: 305, 505 and 506.

BANANA BLOCKS

Banana blocks are used as the seating tool for wedges and come in four sizes, 305, 406, 505 and 506.

COUPLERS

Couplers are used for joining slabs together and come in three sizes, 405, 505 and 506.

CONSUMABLES

We also manufacture and supply a range of consumable products to the construction and mining industries. Our range includes:
