CONVERSION PRODUCT
Reinforcing bars confirming to IS 1786 – 2008
Produced through Stelmor/ Tempcore process. Combinaon of High strength & duclity, beer toughness, excellent bond properes, Unique Rib design, Resistance to ageing.
Fe 415, Fe 500, Fe 500D, Fe 550 Excellent bendability, good weldability, high fague & resistance on dynamic loading.
HSCRM D Excellent bendability, good weldability, high fague , resistance on dynamic loading & Superior Corrosion resistant.
Fe 500 S Excellent bendability, good weldability, high fague , resistance on dynamic loading, Higher UTS/YS rao & more Uniform elongaon.
Wire Rod & Round Amazing reducon rao, Excellent drawability, Close dimensional tolerance, beer surface finish & Uniform Grain size.
Structurals Uniform dimensional tolerances, beer surface finish. Parallel flange beam, Light beam, Junior beam has an added advantage over Conv. Beam because for the same weight, the secon is stronger and sffer due to greater moment of inera & higher radius of Gyraon.
Beams have beer seconal properes, Stronger & rigid, greater Load bearing Capacity, ease in assembling, saving in construcon me. Axial forces & bending moments are taken care of. Light beam Unit weight is less by 5-10%.
