By having more red spectrum during brooding

szAMB LED lights promote early growth. Then

during the grow-out as the szAMB LED lights

dim to a more blue light spectrum. Research

tests and on-farm testing have both shown

immediate changes in bird behavior and

improved feed conversion ratioswhen dim to

0.2% lighting are dimmed to the lower levels of

blue enhanced spectrum.

The link is due to the monochromatic LED source

lighting (enhance blue in this case) increasing

growth through a couple of factors. Broilers reared

under green monochromatic light develop faster

during their early stages due to proliferation of

skeletal muscle satellite cells. In the growth stage,

combined green and blue light promotes myober

growth (muscular development) due to more

effective stimulation of testosterone secretion.

Poultry integrators have standard requirements for the amount of light or

foot candles needed for brooding. The light meters they use to measure

foot candles only measure the light spectrum that people visualize.

This is basically the green and yellow light spectrum. Poultry are much

more sensitive to the red and blue light spectrum. Poultry see light in 4

light spectrum while people only see in 3 lights spectrum.

Poultry actually perceive the light from our full spectrum as being 50%

brighter than other lights. This is why foot candle measurements with a

common light meter are not perceiving the red and blue light spectrum.

we always only use 25-40% LED power consumption ,For example in our

30w T13 360° 180cm Full spectrum LED lighting ，there are 720pcs

0.2W LED ,it could make into 144w ,But we only use 30w to make the

longest life-span and lowest lumen depreciation. LED’s that resemble

a light bulb do not have this.

szAMB turkey-specic lighting solutions use an enhanced blue/green

spectrum with added red content for healthy bird development. The

spectrums used stimulate a birds’ highest color sensitivity, encourage

growth during the early stages by enhancing proliferation of skeletal

muscle satellite cells, while repairing and building muscle. Green light

can be helpful in the growth and sexual development of poultry during

the early stages, while blue light has been shown to elevate plasma

made with species-specic, Dim to Red Calm technology and are suitable

to be used in sow barns, gestation buildings, nurseries, gilt development

New research brings this statement to light: Proper parlor and dairy facility

lighting may play a role in herd performance and an operation’s bottom line.

Research from the University of Minnesota shows cows and heifers require

adequate light levels on a consistent basis. The light helps them generate

appropriate hormonal responses for optimal growth, milk production and

routine movement. Adequate lighting has also proven to increase feed

intake when ideal lighting is positioned properly.

ZLC LED linear light is designed for Barn and have positive effects on the

health, fertility, welfare and productivity of dairy cattle - NO blue light .

With our smart control system -programmable dimming and timing,They

offer several advanced features that address the complex needs of

today’s modern farming facilities and can both be easily programmed

with the accessible display. Setting up the different lighting lever at

different time to help the Cows and Cattle waking up with rising sun and

end each day with a sunset.

There are minimum light levels required for both general inspection and

welfare, respectively. Enhanced lighting levels may be required for

stimulation of milk yield for the cows or for more visually demanding tasks

for the stock men. In such cases, higher lighting levels may have to be

provided in some areas for a specic time.

Evidence shows that milk output and feed intake of lactating cows is

highest with light periods of 16-18 hours per day and with a lighting level

of at least 160-200 lux.

Long day length would appear to alter the secretion of a number

of hormones. Such hormonal shifts are not unique to cows and

drive the commonly observed changes in reproductive activity

in other species, too. Long days reduce the duration of elevated

melatonin and produce highersecretion of the hormone
