Introduction

About us Protek-System Sp. Z o.o. was founded in Gdynia about twenty years ago.

Our aim: The production of high quality protective clothing against chemicals and all other kinds of dangerous substances in order to give the employees, working in highly complex environments, the highest level of protection joint with the best possible wearing comfort.

Since the company’s founding, we have consequently specialized in the development and manufacture of CE-certifi ed protective clothing and in customized solutions.

As the holder of the license for Tyvek and Tychem materials, we develop not only standard protective clothing but also, more particularly, specialized products for individual applications. In addition we convert only high-quality materials like for example polypropylene nonwovens, synthetics, coated and laminated materials, which were partially developed by Protek-System based on our longtimeexperience.

Furthermore, we emphasize on the highest standard in our production and the associated best quality of the fi nal product. In order to keep this high standard, we regularly modernize our machinery.

The individual advice of the customer is our absolute priority. Hence, our employees are trained and specialized in developing concepts for protective workwear together with the customer. Besides that we recommend our customer the correct type of coverall, we concentrate on all areas of PSA (e.g. gloves, masks, fi lters, etc.). We as well take all existing PSA-equipments (e.g. SCBA, cooling vests, fl ame protection clothing, etc.) into consideration, integrate them into the concept and work out a customized ideal solution for the special requirements of the end-user in the company.

Our long years of experience in the development of volume-produced and customized products, combined with strict monitoring of our own production guarantee our customers an unrivalled standard of quality and safety.

On request, we also provide our customers with training and instruction in the use of our products. We regularly offer training courses and seminars on all conceivable subjects in the fi eld of chemical protective clothing.

Protek-System – Seminare

If you

▪ are interested in disposable clothing and their different applications? ▪ would like to know which kind of protection clothes are correct for your requirements? ▪ have always wondered what the actual differences between the various materials are? ▪ fi nd everything about the CE symbol incomprehensible and/or would like to know more exact details? ▪ are wondering which garment gives a good protection against biological hazardous substances? ▪ asking yourself if there is also protection equipment for the most heavy applications? ▪ are looking for a concept which offers not just the protection of the body but also of the respiration, hand, feet and head protection? ▪ would like to be sure in future that the protective clothing you have found is actually right for the job?

Then we should talk about an individual Protek System seminar. The seminar is organized according to the specifi c requirements and is suitable for both dealers and end-users.

Standard version (without options):1 Elasticated wrists, ankles and waist2 Ergonomic hood 3 Raised double storm fl ap with hook and loop closure over the zipper up to the chin4 Chin cover with Velcro5 Generously cut crotch area6 Elasticated thumb loop7 Water resistant zipper

The ProChem® I CLF coverall is the new “all-rounder”. Its properties exceeds significantly the basic protection. Not only does it offer reliable protection against particles, fibres and dusts (including radioactively charged ones), but also against organic and highly concentrated inorganic chemicals, biological hazards (including bacteria, viruses etc.) and chemical warfare agents (VX, Lewisite, mustard gas, etc.). The ProChem I CLF model fea-tures a liquid-repellent (therefore even more protection) zipper. The flaps fitted with Velcro allow the wearers to reclose their coverall.

Due to our innovative development, the unique CLF material has a low noise level. The fleece lining gives the material an extremely pleasant haptic and is also highly moisture-absorbent. Our CLF material achieves exceptionally good results in terms of physical material properties. It has an excellent antistatic treatment and can be used in EX areas.

CLF meets the highest requirements on bio-barriers. The standard version shown is fitted with elastic thumb loops, which prevent the sleeves from sliding up when working overhead, for example.

ProChem® II F

ProChem® II F ProChem®

Application Samples:Waste disposal at abandoned polluted sites, decontamination, handling solid and liquid hazardous substances, inspection work, maintenance, construction work, industrial coatings, tank and drain cleaning, agriculture/plant protection, pharmaceutical industry, resin coatings, nuclear zones, fi re-fi ghting & rescue services

Standard version (without options):

1 Elasticated wrists, ankles and waist2 Butyl band around visor 3 Double storm fl ap with hook and loop closure4 Entered sideways (horizontally) through the back5 Generously cut crotch area 6 Elasticated thumb loop

ProChem® II F provides you with reliable protection against organic chemicals and highly concentrated inorganic chemicals, biological hazardous substances and contamination by particles, fibres and dust (including radioac-tive dust). It also provides protection against military warfare agents.

The standard version has elasticated thumb loops. These prevent the sleeves riding up the arm during overhead work. The wearer enters the coverall through the transverse opening at the back, which is sealed by a double zipper flap with velcro closure. Correction of an incorrectly closed storm flap is pos-sible without problem. A butyl sealing band provides excellent sealing of the outside of the full-face mask. Repeated use is possible if the coverall and any additional options are not con-taminated and remain mechanically undamaged after use.

Additional options:

The following additional options, which are attached and fully sealed to the model, are available:

Boot socks (A), boot fl ap (B), elbow & knee reinforcements (C), additional sleeve cuffs (D), chemical protection gloves (F1: Nitrile; F2: Foil, F4: Viton; F5: Butyl; F6: Chloroprene), outer footwear (G), outer footwear with anti-slip & antistatic sole (H or H1).

ProChem® II CLF

ProChem® II CLF ProChem®

Application Samples:Fire departments (ABC department, decontamination)Pharmaceutical industry (drug manufacturing), MedicalStaff (care of persons who are ill with Ebola, malaria, etc.), Pest control (also crime scene cleaning, ...)

Standard version (without options):

1 Elasticated wrists, ankles and waist2 Butyl cuff 3 Zipper fl ap cover with liquid-repellent zipper4 Entered sideways (horizontally) through the back5 Generously cut crotch area6 Elasticated thumb loop

The ProChem® II CLF coverall includes all of the advantages of the ProChem® I CLF, but is due to its design regarded as even tighter and offers more protection. Contamination with liquid chemicals, for example, occur mainly over the front of the upper body and head. These areas normally have a zipper and flaps. If the flaps are not closed corrctly, there is a risk to the user that the hazardous substance could penetrate the zipper and cause injury. For this reason, we’ve positioned the entrance into the back of the coverall (liquid-repellent zipper horizontally across the back). In addition, the hood has an extendable butyl cuff as standard. With a full-protection mask on, step into the coverall and the butyl cuff fits like a second skin over the mask, sealing this area perfectly. There is no need to seal up the hood any further.

The standard version is equipped with elastic thumb loops. These prevent the sleeves from riding up, for example when working overhead. At the ends of the legs are integrated elastics.

Additional options:

The following additional options, which are attached and fully sealed to the model, are available:

01) With the options A: Boot socks; B: boot fl ap or H: non-slip soles (antistatic); H1: non-slip soles (Antistatic, for EX areas). 02) With the options F: chemical protection gloves (Nitrile, Bu-tyl, Neopren, Viton, fi lm laminate) or our glove adapter and a pair of the glove material aforementioned.

ProChem® III F

ProChem® III F IIIProChem®

Application Samples:Waste disposal at contaminated sites, decontamination, Handling solid (particulate) and liquid hazardous substances, Clean room, inspection and maintenance work, Plant protection, pharmaceutical industry, resin coatings, nuclear zones, paints & dyes

Standard version (without options):1 Elasticated wrists and ankles 2 Double storm fl ap with tape-closure3 Horizontal front opening 4 Generously cut crotch area 5 Elasticated thumb loop

Our ProChem® III C coverall is an antistatic Tychem® F full-protection coverall operated with blower respirator. This model provides optimal protection against radioactively charged fibres, particles and dusts and against liquid organic and highly concentrated inorganic chemicals (including under pressure) and biological hazardous substances. It also provides protec-tion against military warfare agents.

In the standard version, the coverall has thumb loops, which prevent the sleeves riding up the arm during overhead work. The double storm flap of the front opening is sealed with a hook and loop closure. Repeated use is possible if the coverall and any additional options fitted are not contaminated and/or remain mechanically undamaged after use. Correction of an incorrectly closed storm flap is also possible without problem. The wearing of a breathing mask is not mandatory, which possibly increases the intervention time of the coverall. Since the respirator blower is worn underneath the coverall (only the filters are located outside), it remains uncontaminated. The visor provides perfect all-round view.

Additional options:

The following additional options, which are attached and fully sealed to the model, are available:

Boot socks (A), boot fl ap (B), elbow & knee reinforcements (C), additional sleeve cuffs (D), chemical protection gloves (F1: Nitrile; F2: Foil, F4: Viton; F5: Butyl; F6: Chloroprene), outer footwear (G), outer footwear with anti-slip & antistatic sole (H or H1).
