MONFALCONE PLANT
This plant combines the fabrica tion of Static Process Equipment with the final assembly of heavy and complex structures for transport by sea.The loading quay (for deep water marine vessels and with direct access) is 250 m from this facility.
Design and fabrication of process equipment for different industries:
• Upstream pressure equipment for the exploitation, drilling and development of reservoirs.• Midstream pressure equipment for Oil & Gas treatment and transportation.• Downstream pressure equipment for Refining, Gas Liquefaction, Gas To Liquid, Scrubbing, De-Hydration.• Petrochemical pressure equipment for Nitrogen-Hydrogen plant processes.• Chemical pressure equipment for “Plastic Products” and power pressure equipment for Steam Condensing,
Waste Heat Recovery and Heaters.
In addition to Carbon Steel, materials such as Low Alloy Steel (Cr-Mo, Cr-Mo-V and Ni), Stainless Steel andNon-ferrous steel are treated using dedicated processes and methods.
