When I got into the workshop, I got a piece of wood to make four feet to put it under my base. At first, I began to measure and mark out four feet by using compass and a pencil. I measured the radius by 1.5 cm and started to make four round circles. When I was done with measuring and marking the feet, I took out the jigsaw to cut the circles. By clamping with the clamp, the wood didn't mover so it was easy for me to cut them with the jigsaw. However, since all of the circles were so small, I just had to cut them into squares. When four feet were cut by the jigsaw, I used the sand disk to sand out the part that I didn't need. It took quite a long time for me to finish sanding the feet. After that, I chose a proper drill bit to drill on the feet. Due to the fact that the feet were small, I had to use pedestal drill to drill the holes. I also drilled on the base by using thinner drill bit using the cordless drill. Then, I chose the proper size of the screws to screw the feet on the base. By using the screwdriver, I was able to put the screws through the hole that I have drilled on the feet. Changes in the gantt chart I could see some changes in the gantt chart. I was going ahead of the timeline that I have Picture 1: Picture of me using jigsaw to cut the circles Picture 2: Picture of me using pedestal drill to drill the hole on the foot

What did I do?When I got into the workshop, I got a piece of wood to make four feet to put it under my base.

Changes in the gantt chartI could see some changes in the gantt chart. I was going ahead of the timeline that I have predicted. During this time, I should be putting parts together. However, I am at the stage of finishing putting the parts together. I was able to see a great change in my gantt chart.

EmotionsDuring this lesson, I was very happy that I am done with putting all of the parts together. Now, I can begin the stage of painting, which I have been waiting for so long time.

Learner Profile & AOIIn this lesson, I think I was well balanced. This is because I could balance and manage the time well. I used the double period finish making the four feet that were needed so that the base could stand a bit higher. Besides, I think this was related to human ingenuity because I was continuing to create parts for my project.
