The British Council will resubmit the proposal on their behalf. UK universities, colleges and schools Stage 2: Preliminary review of the proposal Ÿ The British Council will review the proposal and seek more details if required so that the proposal meets the requirements of the Indian Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). British Council Stage 3: Review by MHRD expert committee Ÿ MHRD expert committee will review the proposal and may accept as is or provide recommendations for any required changes.
