STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING OF WORKING CAPITAL LOAN

(TERM 2 LOAN – ₹20,000) FOR STREET VENDORS ON PM SVANidhi PORTAL

1. STEP’S FOR REGISTRATION

Step-1: Open https://pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in/

Step-2: Street Vendor can ‘Login via Mobile’ or ‘Login via Aadhaar’ (If Street Vendor has changed Mobile Number recently)

1.1 Process for Login via Mobile Number

Step-3(i): For ‘Login via Mobile’, enter Mobile Number of Street Vendor and click on the ‘Request OTP’ button.

Step-3(ii): Enter 6 digits OTP received on Street Vendor’s Mobile Number and click on ‘Verify

OTP’ button. Upon verification of OTP, the user will be successfully onboarded.

1.2 Process to Login via Aadhaar Number, if Street Vendor has changed Mobile

Number recently

Step-4(i): Enter the Aadhaar Number of Street Vendor and click on the ‘Request OTP’ button.

Step-4(ii): Enter 6 digits OTP received on Street Vendor Mobile Number and click on ‘Verify

OTP’ button. Upon verification of OTP, the user will be successfully onboarded.

Step-4(iii): Enter the Aadhaar linked Mobile Number and click on the ‘Request OTP’ button.

Step-4(iv): Enter 6 digits OTP received on Street Vendor Mobile Number and click on ‘Verify

OTP’ button. Upon verification of OTP, the user will be successfully onboarded.

2. PMS APPLICATIONS VERIFICATION (APPLICATIONS CLOSED BY

LENDER)

2.1 PMS APPLICATION VERIFICATION

Step-5: Enter the Term 1 Loan PMS Application Number and click on the ‘Verify’ tab.

Upon verification, the User will be successfully proceeded to Application Form.

2.2 STEPS FOR APPLICATION FORM FILLING

Step-6: User can see the details of the Bank, where his/ her application will be submitted.

Step-7: Enter the Loan Amount required, tick the declarations and ‘SUBMIT’ the Application Form.

Step-8: User will receive the message as ‘Application Submitted’. Please note the Application

Number in records for future reference.

Step-9: User can view and download the PMS Application. They can see the Current Status of

the Application with the details.

3. PMS APPLICATIONS VERIFICATION (APPLICATIONS NOT CLOSED

BY LENDER)

3.1 PMS APPLICATION VERIFICATION

Step-10: Enter the Term 1 Loan PMS Application Number and click on the ‘Verify’ tab. Upon verification, the User will be successfully proceeded to Application Form.

3.2 STEPS FOR APPLICATION FORM FILLING

Step-11: Enter the required Loan Amount (‘Amount should be ₹11,000 to ₹20,000’).

Step-12: Attach the ‘Closure Statement’ document, tick the declarations and ‘SUBMIT’ the Application Form.

Step-13: User will receive the message as ‘Application Submitted’. Please note the Application

Number in records for future reference.

Step-14: User can view and download the PMS application. They can see the Current Status of

the Application with the details.

‘Your application is submitted to Lender, will be picked up by Lender once Lender approves it.’
