Stryker’s SORN Technology provides a safe and secure connection from your Stryker System 7 devices to our Stryker support teams. Combining this technology with our ProCare® programs allows Stryker to provide a pathway to a Virtual Tech through enhanced responsiveness, information, and reliability.

SORN Connection - With purchase of System 7, you may connect and register with SORN. This will allow Historical Data to be stored for future benefits with SORN Remote Services.

SORN Remote Services - Expedited repairs; monthly report of recommended PM’s based on usage and monthly report of recommended battery replacements.

Priority Service - Priority SORN technical center and email communication.

Original Stryker ComponentsNearly all components that are used to repair our instruments are either made by Stryker or by vendors under contract to manufacture them only for Stryker.

Mail in preventative maintenanceEquipment covered under ProCare can be sent in for preventative maintenance on a schedule convenient to you. Powertools will be tested against performance specifications. Equipment not meeting specifications will be serviced accordingly and returned to your facility.

Technician VisitsWorking around your busy surgery schedule, your powered equipment will be inspected on-site. Poorly performing equipment will be removed from service and repaired at the Stryker service center.
