Pre-requisites: Required media: Installation steps: If using the “User Level” parameter on the cardholder record, ensure that the “Store Event Level” box is checked on the panel.

To active panel level triggers and procedures, you may have to initialize the panel and download the system.

Follow these steps:

1. Select the panel and right-click.

2. Select Download.

3. Select the Initialize box and click Download.

4. When finished the Initialize, select Download System and click Download.

5. Upon completing download, click Done.
