The cluster mode is intended for teachers in the urban, suburban and some rural schools located 25 km and less from the Training Centre.

Teachers in the rural or less accessible schools will follow the centralized mode.

Teachers will participate in a face to face training for 6 hours a day for a total of 8 weeks, that is 4 weeks in Phase 1 and another 4 weeks in Phase 3. Teachers return to school for the 2 blocks of 4 week online training in Phase 2 and 4. PdP runs as usual..

Teachers will participate in alternating weeks of face to face and online training for 6 hours a day during school days. During school holidays, teachers participate in 20 hrs/week. The teaching hours of 1 day in the week will be re-distributed to the other 4 days.
