and attributes, such as bold and underlining indicates levels of

importance. Headings also make the copy easier to read. The

spacing before and after headings depends on the type and size of

DOCUMENTATIONDOCUMENTATIONMost writers give credit when they use the work of others. Quotes or

expensive use of published material should be referenced. In business manyemployees feel that the internal reporters they use as references belong to thecompany, therefore referring is not necessary. Employees should keep in mindhowever that referring also helps the reader locate more complete informationthan tne report contains. The following are the ways to make the reportdocumentation.

END NOTES:

A superior number keyed are the point of references serves as an indicationthan the source is provided at the end of the document. All sources are placed onseparate page at the end of the report in numerical order. The end notes comesbefore the list of complete references. End notes is a single spaced with a double

space between notes.INTERNAL CITATION:

Internal citation provide the source of information within the body of thereport. The name of the author publication date, and commas and enclosed inpresentation before the terminal punctuations. When the authors name is used incontext, only the dates and page numbers are included in the action.
